needs a lot of update and upkeep.

Parking is very limited so good luck finding a spot after 9 pm. The room needs alot of updating. The toilet squeaked. The shower dripped constantly and the light over the vanity didn’t work. The only working light was in the restroom. What really bothered me the most was the stupid non stop smoke alarm beeping. How much does it cost to replace the batteries??? Not to mention the elevator was out of order.

This in NOT a 3 star hotel. I'm sure if you are okay with road-side motels this would be fine for you. Spider webs with heavy dust in the room. No chair to sit. The photos look better than in person. Also AC was not keeping room cool and elevator was broken.

Llegando te hacen de menos por ser cliente expedia , no sirven las puertas las tienes que forzar para que cierren , el elevador no está en funcionamiento y el hotel cada vez está más descuidado , para mi punto de vista le falta otra administración, el baño de la alberca tampoco sirve la puerta y el mingitorio tira toda el agua al piso , las paredes en frente a primera impresión están cayéndose les falta mantenimiento

The room was reasonably priced and clean. Hotel was a short walk to The Malecon and had on-site parking for hotel guests (free). There is also a restaurant that serves breakfast every day. All in all, a pretty good deal for the price!

Great location but the room needs done updating and a coat of new paint.

Staff were excellent and breakfast was awesome.

The roomed appeared to be clean, smelled of cleaning products but the place is definitely in need of serious TLC. The sheets and towels were stained (made it difficult to use them ended up sleeping on top of clothes and did not use the towels), furnishings, doors, floorboards, walls… overall place was scrapped, scratched, worn out , bathtub stained, and there was a male reproductive body part drawn/scratched off on the inside of the bathroom door - adding to the yuck factor - the pictures on this website do not reflect the age and lack of maintenance of this hotel. Will definitely not be returning.

Elevator didn’t work

Disappointing Experience – Misleading Listing and Poor Service I booked this hotel because the price was slightly lower than the average in the area, but I quickly realized why. The location is far more remote than it appears online, and the photos are misleading. Upon arrival, the front desk staff received me slowly and with confusion, almost as if I had done something wrong by booking. The hostess questioned me in an unprofessional manner, saying things like "How did you book online if all our rooms were blocked?" and asking "When did you book it? How did you do it?" — as if their system couldn’t confirm that information. It felt disorganized and unwelcoming. To top it off, I arrived at 2:57 PM and was told I had to wait because check-in was strictly at 3:00 PM — a pointless and petty delay of just three minutes. The hotel itself feels neglected. The carpets are old and dirty, the hallways smell musty, and I could see staff members gathered in regular guest rooms with doors wide open — not exactly a professional image. My room had no windows, making it feel stuffy despite the air conditioning. This place has potential, but it’s being wasted. It badly needs an upgrade in both appearance and customer service. Either invest in it properly or sell it to someone who will.

Property was okay, room was clean but definitely need to update the sheets and comforters (all were stained) The lady at front desk was not friendly or helpful at all. Food at restaurant was delicious!
