Everything amazing

My room was very small

The hotel location is supreme. Walking distance to everything cool in downtown including the feria stuff. If you stay here, walk three minutes to "Las Costillas del Codo" and give yourself the pleasure to eat the best ribs in the bajío region. The rooms are fine. Classic style. The front desk staff is efficient although not exactly friendly, but effective. I prefer efficient and effective over friendly. Pricey just like every other hotel in Aguascalientes but it is worthy. Breakfast included was delicious but limited. You have more options with a surcharge. When I'm back to Aguascalientes, this will be my place.

*We did not like the room layout, it needs to be updated. *We didn’t have a car to use parking *the staff is not friendly/welcoming at all, *we asked for towels because there was only one in the room, and 20 minutes later we called again because they had forgotten that we had requested an extra set of towels * They need to have a ramp in the entrance instead of steps to facilitate access when carrying the suitcases

Excelent location, super friendly staff, and the rooms are very comfortable. My favorite hotel in downtown Aguascalientes.

Very dated property. It looks like it hasnt been renovated since the late 1980's. I arrived early for check-in and the person at the front desk was unable to help me, so they went to find someone else. When that person arrived, rather than check to see if my room was ready so that I could take all my luggage to my room, she just automatically said that check-in was at 3pm and to come back then. The shower didnt drain properly, leaving a small flood of water on the bathroom floor. The restaurant has only a 3.5 star review on Google. I was able to find good food elsewhere though. The location of the hotel is good. The service and facilities were not.

The location is amazing! The staff were so nice. The balcony was a great touch. We were treated nicely and enjoyed our stay!

Bastion on the plaza, center of the city: cathedral, museums, old city center...had corner room so felt a part of it all.

Las camas son incómodas y están deformadas amanecí con dolor de espalda por la deformación del colchón. Es un hotel con perfecta ubicación pero si necesita una actualización porque es viejo.

The restaurant on the property was not the best class.Free breakfast was free for a reason, it was not good. Order food in the evening and the meat was raw and not fresh. Brought it to their attention and was not given an apology or anything. I would not recommend this hotel
