Always very friendly staff and very clean hotel

CUIDADO CON Teniabuenas expectativas al escoger este hotel cada año viajo con mi familia a mex , y estábamos emocionados de ir a ese hotel, el primer día una de nuestras habitaciones no tenía luz , la segunda la puerta no cerraba , el siguiente día lo arreglaron en nuestro último día los niños que eran 5 fueron a la alberca al igual que yo y mi esposo fuimos empezamos a notar que los ojos nos ardían y todos empezaron a destornudar al igual que otros niños que estaban ai, fui a comentar al lobby lo que ocurria y nunca fueron a revisar tuvimos que salir de la alberca porq los niños estaban tosiendo así continuaron toda la tarde tuve que llevarlos al medico a los 5 niños, el doctor nos comento que gracias al chlorine de la alberca tenían las fosas nos alas y la garganta muy inflamadas tuve que comprar medicamentos para los 5 , les comente en el lobby de nuevo lo que paso y me digeron que en la mañana un manager hablaría con nosotros lo cual nunca paso , al check out les pregunte y solo me digeron que habían checado el nivel de la alberca y que todo estaba bien lo cual no creo porque tenía 5 niños con exactamente el mismo síntoma y un doctor que me confirmó lo contrario, lo cual quedamos muy decepcionados con la forma de como solo nos digeron que todo estaba bien y que estaba raro que paso eso con los niños, enfin si viajas a ese hotel ten cuidado con tus hijos cuando ballan a la alberca . Porque ahora nosotros tenemos un viaje de el paso asta Colorado con 5 niños enfermos

Better staff

Everything was fine but the entry door locked with the inside system. We have to wait one hour till the door was open and have access to the hotel room.

This is the 3rd year we arrived at the hotel, every year the hotel been reducing the small complements they offer years ago, like a free coffee set for two daily, water bottles in your room.

Limpieza del cuarto muy bien desayuno peor que antes el el personal que atiende la cocina deficiente el de las mesas muy amable el señor en la entrada del hotel homeless nos aventó piedras al carro le comenté a la recepción y me dijo que no era de su incongruencia el resto del personal muy amables gracias a todos

The room was clean, a little dated but a good size room and clean. Appreciate the hard floors (no carpet). Bed was comfortable, sheets and bedding clean, good pillows. Bathroom was a little dated but everything in working order and clean. Didn’t use the pool, was a bit crowded for my liking but the pool area was indoors and appeared clean. Did use the laundry, this was a great perk. I brought my own soap but there’s a vending machine close to purchase snacks or soap for the washer if needed. Underground parking was great- helped keep car secure and cooler than the front lot. Onsite security was nice peace of mind. On the last day found out there was a free shuttle service to downtown or nearby shopping- wish I would’ve known sooner! Great perk! Plan to stay here again next time I visit family. Highly recommend this hotel, way better attention and cleanliness than the lucerna across the street. Not to mention more affordable. Good location with shopping and food nearby.

Well, hard to start with however, the place is nice. Well decorated center center in the city pretty good everything around. It was good outside. The problem was their mattresses are over 20 years old spring coming through slouch no comfort, especially if you’re a little bit heavy or not a very small person. It’s not you know it’s not comfortable. They had to change room because like I said the bed is over 20 years old they could do a renovation which I believe is if I had to classified it’s even lower than Motel six as far as the beds are concerned everything else is OK.

Everything was perfect during our stay this weekend. The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly, and we felt very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience! 😊
