The water in the rooms never got cold which was a bit odd The breakfast is not bad, just a bit to processed with the eggs and pancakes

Great staff, very helpful with checkin & recommendations for local sites. And a good location close to Courtney shops and restaurants.L9cals restaurant is just a walk away and very good! If you are a bike rider this hotel is right on a bike, walking, birdwatching path that is a about 5 km s and keeps you a bit off the highway really nice addition to a trip

Great place to stay in Courtenay, welcoming and very helpful front desk team, huge room with lounge area, laundry facilities were an expected bonus, pool and solid breakfast buffet options. Will be back!

Very nice staff kind

From the moment we walked in we were very impressed. The front desk staff was very helpful and super knowledgeable. She shared a long list of nearby restaurants and highlighted a few of her favourites. I explained we required celiac friendly restaurants and she then highlighted those as well. The breakfast dining area is always open so you can get juice, tea, hot chocolate and coffee at any time. There is also fresh flavoured water near the reception area. Breakfast itself was goof. They also have gluten free bread and a gluten free toaster. The rooms were nice and comfy. The pool, hot tub and slide were nice. My child hit their head in the slide because they didn’t lay down the whole time. Overall it was nice and we would stay there again.

Jesse (on staff) helped us get into another room very quickly when we had an issue. He went out of his way, and all staff were friendly.

Very good value with a nice little sink and microwave. Comfortable bed. We enjoyed walking our dog in My played Park. All in all a great stay.

Everything was lovely: quiet room, nice breakfast variety, friendly and helpful staff, wonderful aboriginal art on the walls. One thing irks me (and I've had this issue in other hotels too). The room staff seem to be unaware of the "towel on the rack, leave it there; towel on the floor, replace it" announcement in the bathroom. Every day, despite my putting the little notice WITH my facecloth ON the rack, it disappeared and a new on appeared.

Continental breakfast was amazing, loved that the gym was 24/7 and location was perfect. We will be back!

Lovely hotel! Was there to see family for a short visit. Very comfortable and the free breakfast was a great perk. We didn’t get a chance to use the amenities, but they were very nice looking. The staff were wonderful and very friendly, easy to talk to and very helpful. Would definitely stay there again next time I come to Courtenay.

We stay here quite frequently and the services and amenities are very consistent. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Breakfast has nice options and is well maintained. Pool area is nice but gets loud very quickly. Overall a great place to stay with family.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Very convenient location downtown, very clean, comfortable, had everything we needed. Breakfast was plentiful and very good, staff where very good and helpful. We would recommend this hotel.

Hard to beat this hotel stay. The best I’ve experienced in a long while. I will go back whenever I am in the area!
