Clean and modern room with peek-a-boo view of bay.bed comfortable and lots of choices for breakfast. Parking can be tight and is limited.

What is a great hotel for a quick visit to Courtney. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and updated. Didn't have time to enjoy the breakfast, but it looked amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Before charging a pet fee, please ensure ALL of room is clean and no "garbage" that could harm said pet is hiding under the fold out bed.

I had a wonderful experience at Bayview in Courtenay. Tracy was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made everything feel comfortable right from the start. The entire team was flexible and accommodating, always doing their best to create a pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone. Overall, they truly went above and beyond to make sure guests felt happy and taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place!

We found the staff to be a little rude and made us feel uncomfortable.

We had a lovely King room suite that was very clean and had everything we wanted. There isn't a restaurant on site but there is a more than adequate breakfast included in the price. I am Celiac and was delighted to find GF options available along with a knowledgeable staff preparing the food. The location is good too. Easy distance to shops, restaurants, the Powell River ferry and Comox airport. The cost was very reasonable although I imagine it goes up later in the season. Would definitely recommend.
