Our room we dirty and smelled weird, like it was next to a kitchen. The elevators were too small for the size of Hotel

We have been staying at the fiesta yearly for a long time. You have ket your hotel become run down. No upgrades. We see citi hotel built a new hotel there. Time to move

Clean room and very good housekeeping. Location location was the best . Did all of our shopping.

It was dirty, breakfast was included and we were charged for it. Breakfast horrible and overpriced. Sketchy personnel. No remote in my room sent a person to take my remote who seemed like a stripper.

Breakfast is continental (fruits, bread, coffee). We asked for extra towels and they only brought one. We requested 3. Friendly staff. Next to the shopping mall, and walking distance to restaurants and a Casino.

EXCELENTE LUGAR, MUY BIEN UBICADO.

This property sits in the same complex to a very nice shopping mall... but accessing the shops was always delayed... Hotel has a good restaurant on site, but it was a bit crowded most days we were there given that there was some sports event going at the same time. Accessing the parking lot at night proved a bit of a challenged since the shops were closed.

On site restaurant is great. But suites are besides the elevator, which doesn't make sense.
