We were just there as an overnight stay. When we arrived I was a little worried because the Gateway Hotel was right on the main road going through Clapham, but you didn’t hear much road noise at all. We were there during the heat wave and was pleasantly surprised by a portable AC unit for the apt. I would definitely go there again and recommend it to others.

The building was pretty and in a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bedding and towels were clean and of decent quality. Room and en-suite was a lot smaller than expected, difficult to use the toilet. Issues with mould around the shower.

Simple check in, a useful place if you just need somewhere to sleep for the night.

Advertise free parking BUT has to be booked in advance and isn’t free! Park on side street after 5:30. Duvet doesn’t cover the bed. Uncomfortable stay. Will not be back.

Very clean and I was helped when I couldn't see my lock box! Wrong glasses. Really convenient for me and while there is a little noise its really not bad for the location, and ear plugs were provided!

Location, room, amenities were excellent. But what really stands out are the fabulous, kind, knowledgeable and friendly staff. A great place to stay.

Clear and easy check in instructions, Marius was super accommodating with a last minute early check in request with quick communication. Rooms are great and there’s a fridge as well as tea/coffee making area. Great value for money!

Attended the property and didn’t feel safe. Tried calling the numbers provided and had no answer. Didn’t receive a call back until 8pm, 5hrs since calling. Had to find other accommodation. The staff didn’t want to know about the situation and refused refund.

Comfortable room. Very convenient for our brief period in London. Only problem was the shower room lights did not work.

All good. Bit rumbely from the tube running underneath.
