We stayed four nights in this hotel. For us, it was perfect and, should be go back to Bergamo, we would not hesitate to return to the same hotel. Its location is perfect (close enough to the Old City that you can walk to get there but also very close to the centre of the new town and its restaurants and shops); the location is also quiet; the room was big and comfortable (the fact that was a little old-fashioned was not a problem at all); breakfast was excellent with lot of choice; the hotel is clean and personnel kind and helpful. The only negative point is that, in our opinion, the hotel restaurant is pricey and, for this reason, we chose to eat at nearby restaurants.

Excellent hotel set in quiet neighbourhood. Easy to get about thanks to excellent transport links. Lots of options for food within 10 min walk. Hotel itself very clean and well presented, room tidy and neat with shower and basin and good bed.

I loved the quietness of the room, friendly and kind staff and 'handymen' who helped me with the fridge and electrical connection.

The room was very nice, clean and quiet and the bed very comfortable. The hotel was in a great location very near to the fernicular up to the old town but also not too far from the train station. Great hotel and great stay. Would have been better if the restaurant was open and the bar area was a bit more welcoming

Excellent location. Impressive foyer. Room was comfortable, clean and warm. Breakfast was very nice and staff in the restaurant were pleasant and worked hard. Staff on reception also polite and helpful. One suggestion would be to include easy to access plug sockets for charging of phones etc. Thank you so much.

Hot cooked breakfast was cold everyday. Room was cleaned everyday by an excellent room attendant. Great attention to detail. AC kept room at a nice temperature. Staff were first class

Great room- daily cleaning was exceptional. I was in town for work and this was my first of many trips I hope to charming beautiful Bergamo. I adored the location. They spoiled me with a balcony room and I didn't want to check out. Breakfast and staff were so friendly and accomodating. Can't wait for my next trip back-

Did the job. Especially liked the location, left luggage facility, and the fact that even though our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, they took our luggage and delivered it to our room whilst we went hiking, so that when we returned it was already in there

Room was lovely and well appointed. Strange strobe-like flashing blue light on the fire alarm disturbed our sleep, though. Bartender at hotel was oddly unfriendly but other staff were congenial and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great. Perfectly located minutes away from funicular to CittaAlta.
