Great place to stay in ravenna

Second visit to this hotel. Great friendly staff especially the manager and Miguel who is so helpful and professional and checked us in late in the evening and was back at his desk at 8am next morning. Delicious buffet breakfast and good selection of restaurants nearby and the local market. Great location

It is not a 4 star hotel. Very simple

It was a great place to stay … we booked and paid extra for a large one bedroom with sleeper sofa in living room and the they demanded $30 per night to use it. It was absolutely insane.

Very clean hotel in the heart of Ravenna. Staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast was good. This was the perfect hotel to stay 1 night prior to embarking on our cruise leaving from Ravenna.

The location is perfect, and the staff was soooo friendly and helpful... it was WOW. It's Ravenna, so it is an older facility, but was very clean. This was a really good value for the money.

As soon as we walked in, they were helpful, offered suggestions, and made our stay perfect! Highly recommend. Breakfast was very good and it was centrally located so that we could do a bit of sightseeing before getting on our cruise.

Everything was perfect. David at the front counter was wonderful, the rooms were amazing, breakfast great. And the location was central to everything! Awesome overall

A good basic hotel with very helpful staff and convenient for a visit to Ravenna! We found parking at a lot nearby. Bed was comfortable. Lots of food options in walking distance.

Staff is incredibly friendly. I fell ill during my stay and they were very gracious to give me tea with honey and lemon. The breakfast buffet was good! I was surprised how many options there were. I would definitely stay here again

Had a wonderful stay except for the very last morning. I had set up the night before to have a cappuccino and a snack to go since my train left at 5:00 in the morning. When I got down the night concierge didn't have anything ready for me and I had no time to wait for him to get it together. I had spoken to the front desk people twice before and they assured me it would be waiting for me downstairs. Very disappointed with this part, but besides that everybody else was very nice. The daytime concierge is much better than the night one. The two times I had to interact with him he acted like I was bothering him. The daytime people were all fantastic!
