Great location, wonderful staff, can’t say enough about this place! We will be back!

There was a pipe in our bathroom that kept leaking through our whole stay. Receptionists claimed they had called maintenance and they never came. All but one electrical plug worked, the rest all had something stuck in them. Our room seemed a bit small for two people and access the rooms were with skeleton keys. Location was perfect on the plaza but trying to get in and out of town was really expensive. Not much transportation so best to book way ahead

A perfect location for east walks to good food, wine, and local artists for shopping. The square was perfect and there was a beautiful slowness to our stay. The staff were genuinely kind and a delight. They sprinkled smiles on our stay and made our trip exceptional. As a Canadian and Norwegian, the rooms air conditioning was a massive plus!!!

You get what you pay for. You can smell that it is musty and dated. Some weird yellow caking in the bathroom. Think of it like an average air bnb. Amazing location right in the main square for restaurants and shops. You’re not going to get the beautiful Tuscan view, but very convenient.

Such a beautiful place to stay on the square. Walking trails are literally in the doorstep, dining options are plentiful and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

Staff were very helpful to our needs and requests. They were very dedicated to their duties always working to ensure that everything was looking great.

Although the area is super cute and it’s a great location, the hotel rooms fell flat. Super small, tough to lock/ go through the tiny doors. You can hear everything and the bed was rough. Staff was nice but they couldn’t help much when we approached them.

I really liked the staff. They were very helpful. The room was a good size but the bathroom shower was a bit small. I would stay again when I visit Greve-in-Chianti.

The photos of the room were misguiding. It was small with no views, litlle space and very small shower. The decor was old and incoherent. There is no parking nearby so we had to drag our luggage from the street parking.

Lovely hotel right on the historical square. The room was a little small and the shower in the bathroom was extremely small but the room was clean and the staff were were helpful and friendly. They had an excellent breakfast buffet included with the room rate. A lovely pool and garden area. And very convenient location within the historical square!! Will highly recommend and will be back!!

The hotel lobby and outdoor terrace and pool area were very nice. The breakfast that was included was first rate. The room was nice with the carpet being a little dated but clean. The shower was quite small but overall the bathroom was nice.
