The swimming pool Is excellent

We stayed here for 14 nights as a base to explore Lake Garda, not just Gardaland, and had a great stay overall. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and all the staff were friendly, helpful and always happy to assist. The outdoor pool and bar area were excellent, and the arcade was a big hit with the kids. We also appreciated the hotel's taxi company, which offers fixed-price fares and can be contacted directly via WhatsApp to arrange return journeys. The free shuttle service to Gardaland and Peschiera del Garda was reliable and very convenient. Our only disappointment was the food. Breakfast and dinner were expensive for the quality offered. We found it much better value to have breakfast inside Gardaland before starting the day, and for evening meals we'd recommend heading into Peschiera del Garda, where there are plenty of excellent restaurants. We were also surprised that, despite staying for 14 nights, there was no discounted breakfast package available. If you're staying for more than a few days, we'd also recommend buying a Gardaland season pass. It makes it easy to pop into the park for a few hours whenever you like, while still leaving plenty of time to explore everything else Lake Garda has to offer. Overall, we'd happily return and would recommend the hotel for its cleanliness, excellent staff, facilities and convenient location.

The room was clean and comfortable. However, the swimming pool was not open all day and as we were there for one night that was very disappointing . Especially as no mention of this was made at reception the morning as we checked in. The children's playgrounds (3) were also very basic and not much for a 4 year to do when the pool was closed!

No a.c , very poor shower

Fantastic hotel with lots of parking and even has a free shuttle bus to the Gardaland theme park. Room was very clean and recently refurbished/decorated. Room also had a balcony which we were not expecting. Only issues i found was the doors and walls are not very well sound proofed so if you visit when kids are off school then the is lots of noise in the evening and morning from other rooms and the other issue was the hair dryer was not working.

Parking was free and was safe. Food is terribly expensive for basic food choices. Not very friendly either, for a kids hotel it seems like they hate kids and people.

Unable to scan passport, have to enter all my personal information on the check in pad, but hotel is beautiful and comfortable.

This was an ok hotel. It didn’t feel 4*. Odd outdated rules on swimming caps with their extortionate charge to purchase them felt quite mean. Kids entertainment was decent. We’ll set up for access to Gardaland parks

Great place to stay to enjoy the park and take day trips to Verona and Venice. We had fun everyone was nice!

I want to call out the food quality and taste. The buffet variety was incredible and the food prepared with high quality, fresh ingredients. I really enjoyed my stay. The only issue was the cold temperature in the room. The reception provided us with a heater and that greatly helped to make our stay more comfortable.

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was kind and helpful. There is a shuttle from the resort to gardaland park which is great! Extra payment was requested for pool towels which is not reasonable.

everything was very good but to be a 4 star hotel there should be conditioner and a better hair dryer. cheaper hotels have better quality hair dryers and conditioners on the room , but beside that everything was very very good
