Great hotel in a very nice area with many restaurants and attractions. Rooms were clean and maintained. Service was excellent. Tiberio at the front desk was very helpful and attentive to our needs. He was great along with the rest of the staff. There have been some complaints in the reviews about Room 106. Our friends stayed there and they said it was fine.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Piazza di Spagna. Just one night but everything was wonderful. They even helped us with transportation to the airport. Great location and amenities. Highly recommend.

Location

This hotel is a little jewel in the heart of Rome, next to the Spanish steps. Close proximity to multiple tourist attractions, shopping for high end items, close to restaurants. I stayed there 2 nights before heading to Sperlonga and totally enjoyed my stay. Staff were friendly, helpful, and room was very clean. Has AC for those hot august nights. I recommend this hotel.

Rooftop garden was nice . Staff was excellent. Restaurants are on every street near the hotel. Spanish steps every day to start the day 😀

Great location!

A boutique hotel that is about 20-minute's walk to a number of attractions. The room is very clean, practical, and quiet. Very traditional setup that feels personal and welcoming (for example, a big brass key that you leave at the front desk when you go out). Staff members are very friendly. I want to particularly thank Tiberio who has been really helpful and made my stay more pleasant. The hotel is in the middle of a very crowded area with lots of shops and restaurants around, with very narrow streets and old buildings. This could be charming to some but not to others.

The staff was wonderful but the hotel is quite dated. Bathroom old with shower that leaks everywhere. Breakfast terrible. Went about an hour after the buffet opened and just about everything was gone.

This hotel is right next to two busy restaurants that are open late. Then you have the early morning (4am-5am) cleaning, delivering of food and rubbish collection

Loved it here! Perfect location, close to the metro, and walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. There were lots of restaurants, shopping and sights to be seen. The staff were lovely and great to talk to.

Amazing service

This was my 4th time in Rome and I usually stay in another hotel but i decided to change and stay in hotel piazza this time. Best decision ever!! The hotel is literally in the center of everything. Coffee, croissants, gelato, pasta, tiramasu, every kind of amazing Italian food is close. The Spanish steps are on your doorstep and you can't get any better then that. Lastly, the staff are the kindest and most lovely people there. They were always happy to help, gave us recommendations and were friendly. The hotel has a lift which is very important if you are walking all day. Thank you to all the staff and to Alessandro :) we will definitely be back soon.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We stayed in four different locations around Italy and this was by far our favorite. The staff was very friendly and scheduled a taxi ride to the airport without additional charge. The room was spacious and clean with a big comfortable bed. Highly recommended!
