Room was pretty horrific. Switched hotels before even staying one full night. Only lasted the first few hours. No way were we going to sleep there. Stains everywhere, mold, ceiling in bathroom looked like it was going to fall apart. Pillows smelled of mildew. Not even worth the “cheaper price”

Aah one thing is, this hotel is worst in the world in terms of communication in whole France. Imagine a hotel that can take the whole amount like 4 hundreds and something Euro and knowing you have never checked in or any service from them then when looking a way to solve the problem, they won't communicate or assist in any way possible. Just this is the worst part of this hotel and i recommend to any one who's willing to do so that must not. So sad and irritated. Even the Travel agent(Expedia) tried to be intermediate for good of solving it but but still a hotel management was extremely disaster in the solution find. Very Sad and harsh experience 😕

I stayed in November, so it was cold outside. Pros: 1)It is a 10-minute walk away from the closest Metro/Bus station. 2) I have tinnitus and there was a fan in the room. This was really wonderful because it produced white noise. This was a big plus for me. 3) My room was cleaned and towels changed daily 4) On Sundays there's is a wonderful farmer's market in Rue de la Convention, very close to the hotel. 5) There's someone 24/7 in the reception 6) There are nice restaurants and stores nearby, should you have forgotten any toiletries 7) I travel very light and do laundry while on vacation. There are 3 laundromats at walking distance, 5EUR for the washer, and 1.5EUR for 8 mins in the dryer 8) The area is quiet and peaceful at night Things that didn't bother me, but may be a deal-breaker for some 1)The carpets are old and the walls are stained 2) The elevator barely fits 3 people and there are no sounds for the blind. There is only one elevator, and one time it was out-of-service. This may be a problem for someone with moving difficulties such as injuries or disabilities. 3)Although it says they are "air conditioned", I did not see a vent or an air conditioner in the room. It has heating though. 4) If you have loud neighbors, you will hear them. The sound of the fan helped mask the noise 5) the opening to enter the shower is extremely narrow, about a foot wide. 6) When exiting the room, it is necessary to slam the door for it to close. I tried to be quiet but it was impossible

Poor management. Reception office across the street. Improper advertising. Very very small room. No phone. No water cups.

Its a budget stay which didn’t look as advertised. The room was smaller than expected and the staff was not friendly. Its not on a prime location so i expected much more with respect to quality of room.

Typical old fashioned Parisian joint: Shabby, too small for the money and staff who never hide their indifference or incompetence.

Excellent price, nice staff .. a bit plain, but clean and ok for ** stars. I definitely book once again in the future if I will have the chance to come back to Paris!

The keys to be collected from another hotel. Room is very congested. Carpet is dirty. Bath place is too small to even lift my arms

If you are going to spend $150 you would expect somewhat nice place. During booking the place it say's the check in at 2 pm and we arrived after 3. When we arrived at the reception the guy didn't even look up for like 20 - 25 mins and was talking to someone without even telling us to wait or anything. We had just wait for him to end his conversation before we can talk to him. Once he was done he didn't even tried to apologize for making us wait. We finally got our keys after about 40 mins after arrival. By then it was very close to 4 we come in to the room and the room was still not clean and ready for us. There was dirty trash from the previous person who had stated there. The building was under construction, so there was a lot dirt that we were breathing in. We had to wait another 30 mins for the cleaning lady to come and clean the room. When tried taking shower, the shower was broken. Called reception he said, "we will sent someone when we can" We asked how long before you guys can fix this since we needed to shower and get out he response was "I don't, my worker will get there when he can." The room smelled bad and we couldn't open the window because it was facing another building and right outside of the window there was a lot of trash. The room is so small that one person can barely fit in it. The closet didn't have door. There was no AC etc. Had to pay 15 euro for wifi. I can go on an on about how bad this place was. Don't stay here b/c they lie in the website.

Great hotel when your working at the exhibition center. Good location all round

The room was small but provided every thing we needed. The staff is a little odd but very friendly.

We came here for business, the hotel room is very small. The receptionist was not welcoming. The towels were dirty, we needed to buy new towels. Their shower is so small that even Asian size could barely fit in, wonder if big size Guest could fit in.

The receptionist was quite rude on our arrival. To gain access to the Hotel we had to press a buzzer and await the arrival of a receptionist from the Hotel across the road. She did not explain what facilities there were and if we could have had breakfast at the Hotel. The location was good and the restaurants in the vicinity were good.

No hot water, way overly priced, unfriendly staff and old/unkept rooms. AWFUL!
