Very good and central location with friendly staff and clean rooms. Good breakfast.

The hotel is very well placed in old district of Bordeaux, the beds were very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would have found it helpful if the posting for the hotel noted that guests needed to carry their bags up & down some stairs since elevator stops are not on the same level as the rooms and lobby. It wasn’t a problem for us since our bags were not too large and the staff were eager to help. We liked the hotel.

Great value stay in a central location. Staff very friendly. All you can eat buffet for 9€ for breakfast. I’d stay again.

Location is good but general condition is below expectations

Very friendly staff and many spoke some English. The breakfast was incredible for the price and rooms were decent, with comfortable beds. Was easy to get the tram and near many great restaurants. Would definitely stay again but probably not in a room with a "city view". Outside noise was loud but we were there iver a weekend.

Room security could be better. You have to leave the room key at reception when you go out - it’s staffed 24/7. But when we came back from dinner there was a new receptionist on duty who didn’t check our names when we asked for our room key. Not ideal.

Giving 5 stars bc the staff were impeccably kind. Giving 5 stars bc for the price this could have been terrible but the rooms were clean and the beds are comfortable. Only a note to those booking about accessibility, elevator doesn't mean accessible. Old building with curvy stairs and the elevator goes to the landings between floors, still have to use many steps to access your room. Staff did all they could to help with warmth and kindness. Merci beaucoup. *And you can buy tram tickets from the concierge.

The room was clean, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Just a little too noisy if you choose a room on the street side.

Friendly service. Light bulb burnt out but staff in evening could not find replacement. Lots of stairs so need to be able to manage. Did carry luggage for us.

This hotel is in an ideal situation in the centre of Bordeaux, a minute walk to local tram and 5 minute walk to Hotel de Ville tram stop from the airport. The reception is 24 hours. All the staff are very friendly, helpful and happy. My single room was ideal. Very clean modern, with shower unit and always hot water. Room was cleaned every day. All the shopping areas, bars, restaurants are on the doorstep. Very safe and quiet area.

A quirky friendly family run hotel. Rooms are not large but everything you need and a great price for such a prime location. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we would definitely stay here again if visiting Bordeaux.

The hotel is located in a pedestrian zone, it’s very central. The staff is amazing and super friendly. Rooms are quite small, especially the bathroom, but they are clean. Good deal for the money.

Chambre au calme coté cour. Lit confortable. Petit déjeuner excellent (copieux et varié) Personnels sympathiques avec une mention speciale pour la dame du petit déjeuner. Situation géographiques ideale pour visiter Bordeaux à pieds.
