I really liked this small hotel. It is central, clean and comfortable. The rooftop bar was great. The breakfast had a great deal of variety and was very good. The staff were helpful and efficient. My only possible complaint was that there were not quite enough loungers/chairs around the pool area. Overall it was very nice and I would definitely stay there again.

Great location, a generous and delicious breakfast, and exceptionally friendly, attentive staff. The rooftop is the real highlight, it’s a fantastic space to relax with wonderful views. A hotel I’d happily stay at again.

The air conditioning stopped working in 75% of the hotel. The staff strung guests along with saying it would be fixed for 2 days. If you can’t provide the services you advertise that’s false advertising. No apologies from staff, in fact they walked away from the front desk mid conversation and put up the “back in 5mins” sign. If you can’t deal with issues as a service provider, you’re in the wrong industry. Do not stay here!

The best hotel experience we have ever had

We are a couple from Canada! The hotel location is fantastic, breakfast is the best, so much verities! My only downside was I had to cut short with my stay because of my partner’s medical emergency! We were planning to stay for a week, we actually did 3 nights there! I was hoping I could get partial refund back, 2 days before we checked out, we went to the front desk to let them know my plan was changed, hope partial refund, but they claimed it was booked through Expedia, we had to contact them! And I did! Expedia responded me that no worries and they would contact the hotel! Then no results! After I contacted Expedia again, they said it was hotel’s policy and they couldn’t do anything for that! For that reason, I am little bit disappointed even I like everything else about the hotel! Hotel does have cancellation policy and they should be able to give partial refund!

enjoyed my stay overall and it is reasonable value for money and great location. the rooms need updating decor and furniture wise. the lift kept breaking down and there is only one lift. breakfast was very good and staff were friendly.

The property was lovely and clean and the food amazing. Unfortunately I was mugged outside the hotel .despite this incident .I found the hotel manager extremely helpful. I would stay here again

All of the staff were gracious and helpful. The breakfast/brunch was available from 8 - 1 pm which was amazing - all you can eat and even had wine available for brunch! The rooms were kept clean and fresh towels came everyday if you wanted them. We 'rented beach towels and a parasol from the hotel and once returned you got your deposit back. There was always fresh lemonade and coffee available in the front lobby which was great and there was great shopping and wonderful restaurants all around the area. Again, no conditioner in the bathroom, so pack that, but there's lots of body wash and shampoo. The beach was right across the street and we had a sea view from our balcony. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay and would return there as well.

The location is absolutely superb. Couldnt ask for better in Sitges. The rooftop bar and terrace are also a real bonus. The hotel is a 1960s build and thus the rooms are a bit small, modern facilities a bit limited, and decor functional. However, the staff are lovely and breakfast perfectly adequate. I would definitely stay again and so that probably tells you everything you need to know. Gracias!

Excellent 3 star hotel close ro the beach. Room was clean and comfortable with a great shower unit. Pool on the small side but a nice are to chill. Breakfast/brunch was very good and available until 13:00 if you want to lie in. Rooftop lounge nice area to chill.

I have to say in all my travels I have never seen a more beautiful and bountiful breakfast brunch served every day by friendly and kind waitstaff. Largest and most excellent brunch I've ever experienced. Perfect location

Staff are top notch, friendly and efficient. Breakfast was wonderful, eggs to order if requested. Only suggestion would be to add an additional large table that would seat 6-8. A throughly enjoyable stay.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and will continue to do so. It’s in the centre of everything you need in Sitges, offers a great breakfast and has rooftop bar with views over the beachfront and towards the church.

Breakfast is lovely!! Staff are friendly and helpful. View from bar on 5th floor is fantastic. The pool area needs enhancing- it could do with a refresh with some plants and also some sunbeds that cater for people with mobility issues. I requested a particular room and was able to be booked in to it. Thankyou. It is a calm place to stay and very inclusive.
