This was my 2nd stay in this hotel (the 1st one being way back in early 2020). It was great both times. Nice rooms, nice staff, great location and relatively reasonable charges (given its location in South Kensington across the road from the Natural History Museum). It's a small boutique hotel and so don't expect room service etc that you would get from the large chain hotels. I would happily stay here again.

We were very impressed with our stay. Comfortable beds, excellent pillows, very clean. Everyone working there was helpful, polite, kind and positive, Arj especially. Location excellent. Will definitely stay there again.

Great location and helpful, friendly staff! Safe neighborhood to stay in South Kensington, cooked breakfast was delicious. Room was nice with comfortable bed and big shower. Nothing to dislike!

Overall, a disappointing experience, but a great location. Themed rooms were interesting however amenities were lacking and walls were paper thin. Lovely outdoor balcony if it had been a little warmer. I was unable to take a photo of outside the hotel due to sidewalk construction.

I had an absolutely lovely stay. Everything from the service to the room was flawless. The property is very well-maintained too, which is often not the case for Kensington hotels. I'll be recommending this hotel to all friends and family who plan to visit London!
