The staff is friendly and helpful. Easy to contact with the reception. They dont have check in counter but easily contact through whatapps. In the good area withs lots of restaurant and markets around. Room service is good.

The room was very hot, with only a small fan provided, and the windows didn't have curtains to close properly. The toilet in the bathroom was broken and the sink was clogged. The only good thing was the location.

Happy to recommend. Had a good one not that stay. Good bed and pillow. Soft. Towels and bed linen. Good shower. Will be back. Good location

Room carpet was wet and smelled moldy very bad. No reception at all when I was there.

Showed the hotel in pictures but we stayed the other side of the building and dirty sheets and cockroaches in the toilet staff was very nice and accommodating but I need compensation of my stay couldn’t sleep for 2 days because of cockroaches I will upload the pictures

We were contacted during the afternoon so as to provide the access code and that all worked perfectly. The room was clean and the bathroom modern. A towel hook would have been welcome on the door though.

Convenient location, clean. But bright street lights and only a roller blind on the window, meant it was too light to sleep.

Great hotel in the middle of the Rainforest with easy to access tours and a nice swimming pool area

Fint hotel dejlig centralt, og i rimelig rolige omgivelser, placeringen taget i betragtning. Små senge, og meget varme værelser. Vi måtte selv opsøge personalet for at få håndsæbe og toiletpapir genopfyldt - det burde stå på en checkliste for rengøringen. Men ellers fint hotel.

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente y el personal del aeropuerto es muy amable y servicial. Tienes varias estaciones de tren cercanas, así como paradas de autobús. Excelente ubicación en la ciudad.

Personalet var hyggelig og hjalp oss med det vi trengte. Hotellet var nær sentrum og i et nokså trygt nabolag. Rommet var i passelig størrelse, men det eneste negative var at badet var litt trangt. Ellers var det et godt opphold.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal sehr nett. Wenn man dort nur schlafen will, ist es OK.
