Make sure if you are driving to this hotel you confirm your reserved parking. In addition, our shower flooded the bathroom and the carpet so we had to move to another room which was on the 5th floor with no elevator access. We had to carry our luggage up a curving staircase—very challenging and with my 80 year old mother in law, not that safe.

Our room needed repair. The bathtub was clogged so when you took a shower it filled up with water. This made it dangerous to enter & exit the tub. The towel warmer was broken. Tile was broken in the bathroom and the room could use some new paint.

We didn't have breakfast here however it smelt very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean

It was run down, black mold on the walls, single elevator, no view ( apartments straight across the alley way), and the area was dead. There were hardly any amenities. The parking was a hassle and although behind the building it required an elaborate map of one way streets to access. I would not recommend.

This hotel is nicely located just on the other side of the river from the cathedral area. It is quiet. It is in a former convent so some rooms like ours are very small. The breakfast is very good

Location was excellent with good dining options. Breakfast at hotel was plentiful. The room we had was small but ok for 2 nights. The staff were wonderful. We wanted to watch the British and Irish Lions test match on our laptop and they went out of their way to cast it onto their main tv for us. With their lovely lounge area we felt as though we were at home watching it. Make sure to book parking ahead of your stay.

Great location near city center but not right in the mix

The property has a nice location and nice rooms. Parking has to be arranged beforehand because they have limited spaces, so plan ahead. We didnt, which was almost a problem, but the staff gave us some great advice on how to manage our situation.

There is a nice lounge area on the main floor. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our time here.

It was tucked away off a main street, but centrally located from the train station and other places. The room was small but comfortable. The shower and bathroom was fantastic. The a/c was hard to figure out, but it won't work if you have the windows open. The desk staff were very nice.

Comfortable, clean room, not very big but adequate .Suited us for 2 nights. Minutes walk from the centre. Covered car park behind the hotel but a short drive around to it. Very pleasant staff. Nice lounge area. Did not have breakfast so can't comment on that. Good value. Strasbourg is a great place to visit
