We stayed at this property for 4 nights at the end of June with our 2 teenage daughters in the 2 bedroom apartment named Cipresa (Cypress). We all loved our stay here, the grounds were lovely, the pool was so clean and refreshing and the location was perfect for what were were looking for after 4 busy days in Florence. The ability to have laundry access was also very helpful. Parking was convenient, it was easy to either walk into Siena (very safe and about 20 min) or the front desk can call you taxi for about 12 euros. It was a little harder to get a taxi home after 9pm so we typically taxied in and then walked back for dinner. The employees were all absolutely wonderful and so helpful with dinner suggestions and even called and made some reservations for us. We would stay here agin without a second thought.

I would like to return to this property and spend more time. Amazing time there.

The place was incredible, but the staff was even better! The staff helped us book a driver for an 8 hour trip to wineries and several outlying towns. It was incredible! We were honestly shocked that they were able to pull it off, but they did! Our two days here have been my favorite part of our trip to Italy (so far)!

What a hidden gem! Absolutely love this place, i didn't want to leave. Great staff, everyone so friendly and eager to help. Great breakfast, just order the before and you've a choice of in your room, in the breakfast room, or on the terrace. It's about a 30 to 40 minute walk into Siena, and the little hill upto the hotel is a killer on the way back. But other than that its an amazing place. Ill definitely be back

The absolute perfect option if you’re looking for an agriturismo but aren’t going to have access to a car. We had a large family group of six that took up two rooms and one of the apartments. The train station is about a ten to fifteen minute walk, with a bit of an incline, but it’s manageable with luggage. There is a Coop at the bottom of the hill about a four minute walk. We went grocery shopping multiple times and cooked most of our meals in the apartment kitchen. Siena city center is about a 40 minute walk, but the 24-hour set of escalators at the mall across the street from the station make it very simple. Despite being so close to everything, the property is set back enough that the noise doesn’t really make its way up. The pool and the apartment terraces boast wonderful views of Siena’s walls and major buildings. I made a mistake booking, and the staff were incredibly helpful in fixing my mistake and keeping the trip together. Cannot recommend this place enough, it’s an absolute hidden gem.

Safe and quiet area. About a 20 minute walk to the heart of Siena. The room felt very Tuscan with more space than expected, the property was very nice as was the pool. We didn't have breakfast included with our "apartment" but it looked great. Major grocery store just a couple minutes drive away.

Really neat place off the beaten track. Great if you have a car or bike. Shopping extremely convenient. Apartment came with a real kitchen setup, so I could cook for myself. It’s not near the town center but easy to drive to the lower cut and park and walk up if you want. Great home base for cyclists.

The hotel is in a rural setting just beyond a supermarket. Parking is plentiful. Checking in and out was friendly. Apartment was lovely with lounge/kitchenette area and separate bedroom. Lovely and quiet. We walked into the town using the walking paths over a busy main road. Quite a long walk, but doable, and easier walking back as downhill! Would recommend hotel and would stay again.

A hidden gem overlooking the city set in stunning grounds

Lovely hotel a short walk from the train station but feels like it’s in the countryside. Huge supermarket at the end of the driveway for those self-catering. Pleasant grassy pool area that felt very peaceful. Large cool room with very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly, super helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was so friendly and helpful at the hotel. By far the best service we've had in terms of front desk assistance and support. The hotel is a bit older and doesn't come with the frills of a newer hotel. For example, the fold-out couch in the living room looks like it's been around for a while, however, for the price, it's to be expected. Things to know if you are booking here to save money - you will need to have a car to get to Siena w/ kids. It's about a 20 minute steep walk uphill and on some busy roads just to get to the outside walls of Siena's center. If you are driving, then be prepared to drive about 15 minutes and some of that time will be spent driving down some really narrow, pedestrian filled streets to get to a parking lot. Most of the parking lots you have to pay for b/c the one free parking lot books up quickly. HUGE perk was this hotel has a really beautiful pool w/ an amazing view of the city and a laundry facility which was key for us w/ younger kids. We went in August when it was really hot so being able to wash those close and take a dip in the pool was really nice.
