It’s an old hotel, the room very narrow, it smells old, but it is excellently located which balanced out the inconveniences . The lady at the front desk, a sweetheart. Nice and knowledgeable .

Really wonderful hotel and staff, I enjoyed staying there. Well located, great restaurants nearby and a beautiful park on the water was just a few blocks down.

After our arrival to the room, we informed the A/C was not working. Nothing was done. We had to sleep with no A/C on June. The next morning, the problem was again reported.,The first option given was to spend again another night…since we did not acepted then we were changed to another room. We do not recommend this hotel.

Nice small hotel with a very friendly staff. Great area, parking could be dificult at time, the hotel had 3 reserved spaces and when available they will let you park for as long as you need to. Room medium size, bed good, breakfast good too.

Outstanding staff where nothing was too much trouble. Comfortable room and well stocked. We had our dog with us and even he received a welcome gift.

Right across from the bus station and a block from the train station. Grocery store, shops and restaurants all around. A couple of blocks from Botin arts center and waterfront. Great location.

150 euro for very old and dirty carpet, old furniture, seems strange. Towels and sheets were clean.Bathroom seem like renovate, but all another as for this price is not relevant. Hotel has one advantage- location

Super convenient to the ferry and bus station

Ideal location as it was convenient to the ferry terminal and cuty centre

Our stay was for 3 nights. Four adults. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very convenient with respect to the ferry (circa 80 meters), the town centre and public transport. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Very dirty ,No parking ,no restaurant ,no bar

Good functional hotel in walking distance of port, station, bus station, shops, sights, bars, restaurants. Staff were very friendly and professional. Rooms were clean, quiet and well maintained. It had all the facilities I would expect at a reasonable price
