Parking was easy and secure. Breakfast was very good. My only complaint was checking in time. The booking states 3 pm but the hotel did not open until 4.30pm for check in. After a long drive it was disappointing.

This hotel is in a fabulous location and offers parking, which is a bonus. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was disappointing, ripped curtain, odd bathroom door, dated decor and shower needed a regrouting. The bed however, was very comfortable. For a short stay, it was fine.

The bed comfort was decent. However no air conditioning which was clearly a lack of comfort as the temperature was quite high. The shower tray wouldn't drain the water causing the an overflow. Overall the experience was quite disappointing l.

The hotel has it's own reserved parking lot but you have to reserve it wjen you make your reservation. It was mot clear from the website. Our rooms were clean, and modernized. Great location in center Vichy. Staff was very helpful tryimg to find a covid test site on a Sunday. The restairamt was excellent.

Once again the Logis de France label comes up Trumps. The hotel is right in the middle of this delightful city. If you forget to book their private parking then there a public off street one round the corner. The staff are excellent, the restaurant provides wonderful value and quality. The rooms are a bit old fashioned but very quiet and comfortable. They are being refurbished. Keep some time to visit the city, it's a delight.

A lovely hotel, well equipped and large rooms, ideally located for the city centre..... but a restaurant that can only be described as outstanding and well priced

the hotel was clearly once quite grand. the room we stayed in was shabby but it was only 2 stars! the bathroom was reasonably clean but not very private. we turned up on a sunday when the markets were on, which filled the streets surrounding the hotel, so we had to park streets away. however the parking cost was cheap.

The room was small. It was not air conditioned & the weather was warm. There were not any fans either. The window opened but it looked out to other peoples balcony, so it did not provide a solution for air. The reception was pleasant but did not explain that they prefer make reservations if you are going to eat in the dinning room. The food was good and so was the service. The room and bathroom were clean. The we're flexible on checkout time.

Accueil très agréable, très bonne situation centrale, chambres spacieuses, SDB refaite à neuf, petit déjeuner délicieux. Seul point négatif, la structure même de l'hôtel, planchers qui craquent (on entend beaucoup quand celui de dessus marche), mauvaise insonorisation et du coup un peu bruyant quand on donne sur la rue principale
