The hotel met our needs

The hotel was lovely - one of the nicest family rooms we've stayed in. The town was beautiful as well. Just a shame that children were too excited to get to sleep!

Service qui a dépassé mes attentes

The staff were excellent, attentive, and friendly. We were staying out of season so the restaurant was closed. The hôtel is in a great location in a beautiful little town. You do need a car to get around to other places. I will be staying here again

very small place in a very small town. but did the job for the price. there is a bar/tapas by lobby from 7:30-midnight i believe. stopped for a total of 14 hours here to sleep and get some espresso in the morning.

Nice room, and had steak in the restaurant, very acceptable

The check in was fine and we proceeded to park in the secure garage for €5 A night due to having bicycles on our car. But then we went for dinner in the hotels restaurant to fund the worst customer service in the world I have ever experienced. (And I travel a lot) after making this aware to the hotel manager she chose to argue with me back at our diner table in front of the entire restaurant customers. Following this, we were presented a bill for loads more than we ordered. It didn't end there.... our room was noisy, not cleaned at all in the bathroom (see pictures) and beds where very uncomfortable and seemed old and tatty. Bad but Honest review....

We stayed at the hotel for less than 12 hours as we reached around midnight and had to leave early in the morning. But I can confidently say that the folks here are great as the person in the reception was pretty warm & welcoming even at midnight and took hardly anytime time to check in. She also answered are queries patiently with a nice smile. The room was nice and clean.

Great welcome. Hadn’t requested disabled accessible but as soon as receptionist saw me changed our room. Meal in the restaurant at night was superb.

Good hotel but lighting in bedrooms is poor

Within easy walking distance of the shops in town and close to some of the key tourist attractions in Villedieu les Poeles. Hotel staff very helpful and assisted in booking a table in their restaurant on the night of our arrival. Their restaurant, L'Atelier, was very pleasing and the meal was excellent, however it was somewhat marred by the presence of several flies around the table (we ate indoors), which we had to keep swatting away from our food. I suppose in hot July weather this is something with which one has to contend, but it did dampen our enthusiasm for the meal which we ate more quickly than normal.

Staff were helpful and supportive. Bathroom / shower space very cramped. Unfortunate lack of parking facilities on that particular evening. Hotel is centrally situated. Bedroom furnishings somewhat outdated but comfortable enough. Breakfast unexciting with major delays.

Almost a complete lack of interest in their guests lead me to eat elsewhere. The breakfast offer summed it all up with a standard mix of products but of low quality with a help yourself coffee maker and not a member of staff in sight to "meet 'n greet".
