We stayed four nights. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff helpful. We found good local places to breakfast and dine. It is an easy walk to all the tourist sites.

Good size room and bath. Only worry was the leaking "shower glass wall". The water ran out from under the wall and flooded the whole bathroom. Lifts were somewhat "personal". Not very well functioning. Parking was available, but with very narrow spaces. A SUV was not the easiest to park. No lift up from the garage, so you have to drag your cases up. Very friendly staff though, and good location for us.

Super lovely staff. Clean room. Fabulous location. Comfortable bed. Stayed in a room with three single beds. Best sleep yet. So quiet, comfortable and dark. Provided toothbrushes which weee needed! Location was so great with a big carrefour down the street and very walkable to the old city. Would stay again

We liked everything in this hotel, it was a very pleasant stay. Comfortable beds, spacious room, sparkling clean. Very pleasant staff, cheap parking nearby. We normally don't take hotel breakfasts, but were tired and took one to try. It was the right decision: fresh, tasty food, balanced choices. Overall excellent experience.

Yes, the room was clean. However, there was a stale smell of smoke in the room that the staff did take care of. The staff were excellen - helpful, pleasant and extremely professional. The breakfast was also excellent- a real pleasure I would say. The hotel is also in a really good location, situated as it is right on the edge of the historical centre with everything within walking distance.

I was not visiting on business but everything was perfect. I had stayed on a similar trip last year and was delighted to get the same high standard of service which allowed me to enjoy my visit to Cartagena! Will be back again and would highly recommend.
