I had booked this particular one because of the restaurant on site. Disappointed on arrival to find it not open on monday evening, which the booking site doesnt specify. Room was clean and lovely, great ceiling window. Bed was comfy and cosy. Unfortunately hum from the room on and off all night.

Initial check in was fine, even fine when i asked for a midday check out rather than 11am. To start with the bathroom was grubby and the towels were frayed. Was look at with disgust when i went to pay cash for drinks. Up to this point i had no idea that was a card only hotel. Outdated sockets in room, no usb

I love the Rockwell. The rooms are great because of the high ceilings. They are also well cleaned. I feel at home there.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful, I arrived very early morning from a long overseas flight and the staff did I their best to get a room ready for me couple hours before the 3PM check in time. The room was extremely clean and modern and despite being on the smaller side with US standards was very functional.

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel was spotless and the room very comfortable. The pillows were exceptional and had I known I wouldn't have dragged mine from Gloucestershire. The staff were helpful and friendly Also it was a 2 minute walk to the Cromwell Hospital. A perfect stay.

Lower ground floor was big for London and quiet for this road. Would definitely recommend

great staff, clean room, good location, decent breakfast, only minor issue was the air con was noisy, but othewise this was a quiet hotel.

The staff were great & friendly. The hotel is charming and in a great location for sightseeing in Kensington and area. The room had everything I needed, it was nice to have a minifridge. The bed was super confortable and the bedding was warm. The bathroom was small but well laid out, my only complaint was the water pressure which affected the shower and toliet.

I loved my stay I felt safe, comfortable. Staff were really pleasant and friendly. Overall great option close to Earl Court Station will definitely return and recommend. I had the single room and it worked out perfectly!

The location was good and th room was clean. The reception at check in was cold and not very welcoming.

Loved everything about this hotel. Great staff. Rooms are lovely. Would still like them to be cleaner. But spacious and good for work. Used the bar area to work too. Had room service when I was too tired to go get food. My asks were also accommodate. Will definitely stay there again.
