I went with a friend and we were both excited to stay here. However the air gave us zero no non cool air. We tried adjusting but nothing. Also two big Roaches enter our room back to back. I had go put a towel against the door so we can sleep in peace. The rails of the sliding doors were crazy dirty and saw many tiny insects. Also I got an email about the hotel having activities and there were none!!!! When I come back I would choose another place. Very sad and disappointing for what we paid..

Good hotel in a great location. The breakfast and dinner were both excellent, with plenty of choice and good quality food. Unfortunately, our check-in experience was disappointing. We were greeted by a member of staff who appeared to be training a new colleague, but she seemed distracted and focused on other tasks rather than assisting us. The interaction felt unfriendly and made for a rather unusual welcome. We were initially allocated a room with a strong sewage smell, which was disappointing after the poor first impression at reception. However, when we returned from a boat trip later that day, a different team of staff were on duty. They were much more helpful and quickly arranged for us to move to a better room, which improved our stay considerably. Overall, the hotel has a lot going for it, but the check-in experience and the condition of the first room let it down.

View from balcony was deserted building site . No fridge in room which I think is a bare necessity especially keeping waters cool. No ironing board. Also the numbers on the safe were busted. Cannot fault the staff and how helpful and friendly they are. One thing that I was thrown off by was the fact that it’s an adult only hotel, but there were children and there was a noise complaint to a room stating children were trying to sleep.

Accommodation was basic but all in good condition and well cleaned. Good sized rooms, we had a sea view which was a noce touch. All well appointed in room. Doesnt have iron, tea/coffee etc but recpetion were always really helpful. Shops right on door stop, the view was genuine...listing said beach view and it literally was. Comfy beds. Quite a walk into town...maybe 20-30mins or €8ish euro taxi

Really nice sea view from your bed couldn’t ask for more. Checking in is so slow to the point of getting tired, probably waited 20min to 30min as it’s a very slow process that’s with it not being packed. Stay was comfortable and location excellent. West coast lots of Spanish locals which is nice. Bakery pastry shop across the road is amazing! 25min bus journey from airport very easy at around €4 or less.

Lovely staff beautifully situated on the beach

First of all I would like to say that we booked this apartment for the sea view and paid the extra for this. We did this as we love to be next to the sea and love to sit out on the balcony and have a few drinks. On arrival we found our apartment was on the ground floor with bushes in front of the balcony. You could not see over these unless you were stood up so there was no sitting down having drinks and looking at the beautiful view. We were really disappointed but they could not change our room. This should be advertised differently when you book and other guests were saying the same thing. We booked self catering so can’t comment on the food etc but the staff were really nice and rooms cleaned every day. Room was a bit dated but spacious and no issues.

We had some issues with check in but the problem was on our side as booked double room for 1 person only ( my mistake ). Receptionist was helpful however hotel management didn’t care about that and had to pay £300 extra for 2nd person ( 3 nights stay cost us in total £1000 in 3* hotel ). Quite a lot but even with that at the end we were happy with our stay at this hotel. Other thing was that the room we had for 1st night was on ground floor next to the pool - disaster! We couldn’t have it changed as hotel was fully booked that night. Likely we were accommodated next day into 2nd floor room which was much much better ( but not ideal as the side wall with hotem name on it was blocking half of the view ). All in all hotel is in fantastic location but sister hotel next to this one offers nicer view from the pool and nicer bar&pool area

Seaview

The place is peaceful and quiet, offering a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

the staff came across as a little discriminative which i highlighted to the duty deputy manager , was denied a glass of drinking water because i was not a all inclusive guest , they need to show a little respect towards their customers

Lovely and clean staff friendly,food could do with a bit more variety and AI drinks in normal glasses not plastic tumblers

Dont change for early check anf i got here rarly had to wait for my room which is fair enought but when the was ready the girl behind the desk made me wait still even though she knew i waa waiting

Amazing food and everything really recommend

After travelling to the busy beaches to visit -- what I decided I liked most about this property was that there was always a beautiful beach with an available area to lay in the sun, with space between you and other guests . It was clean, safe and enjoyable. I walked the boardwalk almost every day. Easily found bike rental nearby, used the public transit to go to Cala Comte easily and inexpensively. Plenty of food nearby, the convenience store beside the hotel was well stocked, clean and had friendly staff. Buffet was okay, with different choices daily. The cleaning staff were kind and hard working. Front desk staff were amazing as well. Would visit again!! I can't wait to come back to Ibiza!

Ok. For a good value comfortable place it was nice. The location was really good as it was literally on the beach. You couldn't get closer if you tried. Rooms ok and very clean, there was plenty of space, the room was huge. Patio/balcony also very big. Facilities - well I count tell you. Checkin there quite a que and only one person on. Check in was just given bands and food where room was - never told anything about where the pool was and how to get to it - where the bar was etc etc Local area great. Lovely bar opposite with a really lovely male owner that was so friendly. Great base - but wouldn't go to be in the hotel all day as nothing really going on. Kids also proberbly not as the pool that I could see from the room was just basic, but clean looking..
