It was very difficult to get the room cleaned we only had it clean twice in 7 nights.

They couldn't get our chrome cast to work and it was Christmas Day so they sent us wine and choccies. Best location in Vienna absolutely cannot wait to stay again

The hotel breakfast and staff were pretty great. The entrance to the hotel is easy to miss. I'm really not a big breakfast fan, but they offered anything from custom omelettes, cheese/meat platters, bread baskets and so much more. The check in is on the 5th floor which is a little weird. I'd book this hotel again.

The stay was amazing! My mom and I loved how quick and friendly all of the staff was.

All was excellent and we had a wonderful view BUT the lighting in the room wasn’t good for putting on makeup and the clothes storage area was too small and we kept everything in our suitcases. Service was excellent

I have stayed at many hotels as a frequent traveler. This is the best hotel I've stayed at. Service, location, room, restaurant, and more were excellent.

Aunque la ubicación es excelente, el cuarto NO me gustó. No era cómodo, daba a un lugar sin luz con nada de vista y el baño incómodo. No considero que sea un gran hotel lo único bueno que tiene es la ubicación.

This hotel is ideally located in the center of old town Vienna. As a result however, it’s very busy and loud around the property. We really loved having drinks at the restaurant on the property in the evenings but a point of feedback is that hotel guests should have first priority to the tables with the best views. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was awesome. At night however, there’s often loud noises and banging above us because we were below the bigger restaurant on the property.

This is my second time in the hotel Last year I spent 2 nights and I loved it though I had an issue with the lacking of storage places . Positives: Fast check in and check out, staff friendly and helpful, always meet you with a beautiful genuine smile, I loved the breakfast , for me a set menu breakfast was great. The location is excellent just opposite to the magnificent st stephan cathedral .all shops , restaurants and cafes were around, Negatives: I have one negative thing in the room concerning the wardrobe , I can’t really call it a wardrobe, small , open it shows every thing It has no place to place our clothes not evern shelves or drawers to place our personal clothes or things , I found that very disturbing I think it’s something should be done about it , because it is the main reason why I might not come to the hotel in my next visit to Vienna,

Location is the best, especially as we only had 1 night stay. Rooms not too pretty but larger than most so that’s a bonus, good size bathroom. Pillows very soft & couldn’t find more so check that out before you go to bed. Reception is on level 6 with the Asian restaurant (which was buzzing) but the staff member spent the time to welcome us & sent us to the correct level for our room.

Restaurant at the terrace on the 7th floor has amazing views and great service.
