Our room/bed, pool, bountiful buffet and staff were the highlights of this hotel. We did visit the spa and steam room on our last stay, the spa was a little run down and wouldn’t pay for this if we stay again. The service for the spa was odd as we weren’t sure what we were doing and were left to find where it is and what to do with no help.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel itself is very new and in good condition. It almost passes for 5 stars. The only thing we were disappointed with was the bed. We found the mattress very uncomfortable. After the first night we asked if they could change it but they said they were new and they didn't have any alternative. The staff were very helpful during our stay.

Struttura molto bella e pulita con una piscina favolosa

Personale gentile e disponibile. Alloggiando al primo piano della struttura, non mi sembrava di essere in vacanza al mare... zona piscina da rinnovare. Letto piccolo nella dimensione ... se si è abituati ai king size, sette notti sono difficili da far passare. Per il resto, nulla che mi abbia stupito.

Ottimo hotel nuovo e moderno. Molto confortevole e pulito. Posizione comoda per le bellissime spiagge distanti pochi chilometri. Vista mare ma per la spiaggia convenzionata (bellissima) è necessario usare la navetta o la macchina

Excelente hotel de diseño. Piscina magnífica. Muy buen personal. Desayuno muy bueno. Acceso a club de playa a un par de kilómetros, playa excepcional! Dejé olvidada ropa en el hotel y me la han enviado a casa sin ningún coste. Muy buena experiencia.

Raramente faccio recensioni ma questa volta il GIARDINO DEI PINI lo merita veramente. Personale gentilissimo, struttura di primissima qualita', SPA ben attrezzata, colazione abbondante e cucina eccezzionale... Che dire.. cerco sempre un difetto ma questa volta ho difficolta' nel trovarne uno! E' stato fatto un lavoro eccezzionale con grande cura dei dettagli. Auguro a tutti un buon soggiorno, consigliato sia alle coppie sia alle famiglie. Se ritorniamo in Salento sicuramente alloggeremo in questo albergo.
