Unique hotel was perfect and nothing to complain. My room was suites which was well decorated and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free parking,gym,swimming pool and restaurant bar.

Staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was a bit small but we'll appointed and very comfortable. The hotel itself is just beautiful with amazing stone works and art. The pool on the roof top was stunning with beautiful 360 degree views over the city. The included breakfast buffet was outstanding and one of the best we've ever had. Loved this place!!

Every thing was amazin, beautiful, clean

We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was well equipped, the bed was extremely comfortable, bedroom and bathroom were clean and the breakfast included was amazing.

Beautiful, styling and modern hotel at the same time still cozy. Room as a bit small but the bed, sheets and pillows super comfortable. My only suggestion is that While they have a great cable TV system, for a 4 star hotel would it be great to have modern TVs that allow streaming.

Excellent budget friendly hotel. The front staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable, clean and comfortable beds. It also included breakfast which had amply choices of breads, fruit, juices, hot choices and the list goes on. Would definitely recommend a stay.

The entire staff was very accommodating particularly the front desk staff and Osvaldo in the restaurant & bar.

The hotel pictures make it appear more scenic than it is. It’s nestled next to an old strip mall. With that being said, the inside of the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The check in process was easy. The hotel location is close to the walled city. We ate in the hotel restaurant. The food was good, but our waiter was rude and inattentive.

The hotel was perfect for our needs. We spent one day/night in Evora exploring and the hotel was in a great location. Parking is very limited if you have a rental but we did find some in the plaza behind the hotel . The room was well appointed and pretty spacious for Europe . All areas were clean and my husband and daughter enjoyed the rooftop pool (not heated ). The breakfast (included ) was absolutely wonderful . I’d definitely stay there again and recommend this property without hesitation .
