Affordable room for one night. No issues, but nothing special. Expensive parking and no coffee in the room.

Staff doesn't speak English, so we got by on my poor Spanish. We reserved a king bed, but didn't get it. Wood floors were sticky. Employees complained to us that the owner/manager keeps their tips.

It was quite central. No aircon on. Quite dated. Not a 4 star to me.

The hotel was a good hotel overall, I'd stay there again.

Amazing staff! Junior suite was just what we needed. Large bathroom with jacuzzi tub and a large shower. Big rooms and large bed. My only complaint is the mattress on the bed. It was so hard. They could update to a better one. We only stayed the weekend so it wasn’t too bad but if you plan on staying longer... you may want to rethink.

Junior suite nice but quite laberibthic to reach. Breakfast ok but nothing special. Dinner is very good quality but choice could be better (in general happy with the dinner). The location is quiet but far from the commecial area. The car park is certainly not for 4x4s or large suv. The hotel is in general very clean and the service is good and friendly.

The parking garage is small and challenging to navigate, However the room itself was nice. The pool could use some work, however the Caldea Spa is relatively close if you drive.

Hotel was quite dated in relation to furnishings and far from town centre with taxis few and far between. The worst though was having been surrounded need by bed bugs in our first room. The manager said they were common !!! Never seen these until that Day and I have been in numerous hotels. Next room was. Noisy under the restaurant and air con did not work. Nightmare

Everything was very easy and the staff were very helpful. Perfect spot for my holiday and I loved the roof terrace. Great views, with the pool right next door.

10 minute walk away from central Andorra La Valla, lovely big room with a bath (a god-send). The only disappointment was the seeming lack of air conditioning (despite an aircon being in the room) on a very hot day.

Wonderful front desk staff. Each either spoke English or provided translation via cellphone. Very helpful and nice. Room was beautiful, wonderfully updated and very large.

Comfortable hotel in a good location. The hotel has car parking for extra charge what is useful as car parking in the city is problematic

Hotel is perfect for a quick stay. It is a short walk to the centre, has a nice bar, gym area, free wifi and the rooms are perfect for a weekend stay. The only negative is the car parking system, you cannot enter the car park until after you have checked in. The hotel is located on a busy road so you have to park elsewhere, check in to hotel and then retrieve your car to park back at the hotel.

Pleasant stay, spacious room and en-suite. Very clean. Not very close to eating areas to walk, and Andorra traffic/driving is crazy.

Es un cuatro estrellas pero ni un hostal está tan mal como el hotel. Se oye todo, muchísimo ruido, como si las paredes fueran de papel. Limpieza brillante por su AUSENCIA. El lavabo, viejo viejo,igual que todas sus instalaciones. Es muy antiguo. El acceso al parking es limitado y muy complicado acceder. No tienen ningún lugar para aparcar mientras se hace el check in, por lo que te pueden multar con facilidad.

No pude llegar por un problema mecánico. Avisé con tiempo y envie los justificantes y no me ayudaron con un reembolso
