The room was tiny, the parking was atrocious, the room was too hot and the window only opened a tiny bit, so it was stifling. The breakfast was like rubber as it sat waiting for the guests to help themselves. We definitely won't be returning.

Cooked breakfast appalling. All items dried up, lukewarm or burnt. Refused to eat so serving staff got the chef to prepare a fresh plate for me. Bacon pasty and lukewarm as was the sausage. Baked beans tepid. The only item veering towards hot were the poached eggs! Why oh why do so any establishments have a buffet style breakfast with lamps shining on the food that have zero effect in keeping it piping hot. Ditch this and offer cooked to order.

The hotel was beautifully maintained, modern interiors with a bar area you will love to relax in, whilst looking out over the east coast. The single bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very clean, great size with a fab shower. My only frustration was the size of the single room. Whilst it was advertised as ‘snug’ or ‘cozy’ (can’t remember) it was possibly the smallest I’ve stayed in. Even the main door was catching against the wall, it was that tight. I could touch the console table from the bed that was at the opposite side of the room. I paid £107 single occupancy, room only, for that room and I would say that was very overpriced for the room. I would stay at the hotel again, but never in the ‘cosy’ single.

Ideal location for the open air theatre. Room was clean. Decor and bathroom were modern. Room was small which wasn’t an issue as I knew when I booked. The problem was they had put too much furniture into the room for its size. A dressing table and chair which weren’t needed meant the entrance to the room was tight and it was almost impossible to get around the bottom of the bed. The bathroom was spacious and modern but there were no shelves or storage to put toilettes.

The view from the hotel was amazing. We had a sea view too . Location is great for North and South Bay. There is a lift so suitable for people with mobility problems. The staff were friendly and really helpful.

Great location, would have been better if bottled water was provided for the room

The room was clean and tidy, the bed comfortable and the shower was brilliant. Super quality fluffy towels in the en suite along with hand soaps, shower gel and shampoo made the stay extremely pleasant. The room we had was on the top floor, which must have been a later addition as the lift only goes to the floor below. The choice of breakfast items is good but the hot items were at best luke warm by the time we went into the dining room at 08.30. I would suggest getting breakfast early while it is still hot. There is a small bar at the property and although the lagers and beers are not on draught there is a good choice and the prices are not too bad, a lovely spot to finish the night before bed. One very welcome and surprising detail is the free car park belonging to the hotel. It is first come first served and there are about 10 spaces otherwise a street permit is available at a price. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel we had the executive king size room only down side it’s directly in front of reception and you look onto the street so not much privacy unless you shut the roller blind then you lose the view. More clarity about the parking it’s dire

It’s billed as a BW Signature but having just come from a signature hotel in Solihull I beg to differ. First impression you pull up and think the gps has taken you to the wrong place no BW signage and a shabby looking exterior. Reception was a serving hatch in the wall find out your on the third floor lift only goes to the 2nd then you have to drag your cases up 2 flights of stairs the room is incredibly small,shower is a corner unit where your elbows hit the sides as you shower nowhere to put your toiletries. Says it has parking well it does one street over around the corner in what was someone’s back garden. All in all an ok hotel but doesn’t deserve Signature status in my opinion and not sure how it got it. Also says it has a restaurant it doesn’t it has a very nice breakfast bar and seating area. But not somewhere you can order hot evening meals. These sentiments were also echoed by another resident who also relied on the Signature branding. I’ll enclose a picture of my very noisy neighbour who sat about 18” from my window.

We stayed 2 nights for a friend’s get-together in a sea facing room. Everything was great. It is like a small B&B and would not have wanted to have spent a longer amount of time staying there but perfect

Reception excellent. Arrived early but room ready and could also park car for free a short walk away. Room clean and view of whole of North Bay - room 36. Breakfast excellent. All staff friendly and helpful. No hesitation in saying that we would stay again.

Lovely hotel with nice staff

We had a large bedroom, unfortunately it wasn't a sea view, but it was very clean and comfortable. When we arrived the room was very hot, with the windows and curtains open. No fan was provided.

Had an amazing time here. Lovely view of the bay and the staff were so friendly. Wish the mattress was firmer, it was very soft. You cant please everyone though. Would definitely stay again
