Staff were very helpful. Hotel was very clean.

Easy check in & check out. Very friendly staff from reception to house keeping. Helpful instruction for where to park with printing off and explaining the map to their suggested car park. The room was clean and well thought out too - great stay overall.

Was ok. The room was cold. The temp change wasn’t working. Receptionist told me it was controlled them. Need a bit of A refurbished tbh. Staff are friendly and helpful for the most part

Clean room, lovely breakfast

Receptionist chewing gum was a bit off putting. The rooms are ok. Could do with a lick of paint, eps the bathroom. Staff helpful however and the bed was comfy.

The service at the front desk was amazing by the lady who gave us our room cards and the food was lovely. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and it felt extra special due to the care and extras that were given as a gift. The room was lovely and it was perfect. Would definitely come again. Thank you for making his day special.

Lovely clean rooms

Room was excellent and beds were very comfortable . All staff were helpful and welcoming . Breakfast also was excellent . An excellent location to stay for a visit to Harry Potter studios as well as shopping in Watford which was excellent .

A great stay, no major issues whatsoever.

Staff were excellent! Especially Mathew in the breakfast room!! What a glorious soul!! However when we checked in Christmas night at 11pm our room was freezing!! Window and curtains open cold air blasting in!!! Staff dealt well with situation! Brought us a radiator! Gave us toothbrushes and toothpaste as we had forgotten ours! Shampoo and body wash container empty!! But we stayed last year Christmas night and will prob stay next year again!! Merry crimbo all!!
