Clean room. Good choice for breakfast

The reception girl was really helpful and lovely customer friendly.

Easy check in with pleasant staff. The bar prices were reasonable and the room was very clean. Would stay here again.

Excellent hotel

Stayed for one night only to attend an event at Wembley. Staff were super helpful and the hotel was ideally located. Reduced parking with CitiPark is also really convenient

Our stay was excellent. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, particularly after our upgrade to the executive suite. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive. Furthermore, the breakfast selection was impressive, offering a wide variety of fresh options.

We always stay here when we come to Watford and wouldn’t stay anywhere else! The staff were helpful and kind, the rooms were immaculate and the buffet breakfast was delicious. There was plenty of food anvailable and lots of choice. Can’t fault it at all!
