Breakfast was warm decent, definitely on the upper side of a mid range hotel breakfast. The place was decently clean, though one of the sheets did have what looked like a blood stain on it, which was a little concerning. Overall, not bad for the price point. Apparently still one of the higher rated hotels in Drayton Valley..

Clean and easy to check in

Rooms were great, games room amazing, pool nice, breakfast was great. We had a man at front desk that went above and beyond, letting us use the table area to enjoy pizza with our team, it was so nice! We had one grumpy front desk lady (I believe her name was Patricia) that let half of our huge team have late checkout and half not. Then when we asked if was ok to just sit at the tables and play board games while we waited, she said no. That was a bit of a negative. The rest of the stay was amazing.

The hotel staff was very accommodating. The rooms were clean. There was a small games room for the kids.

Hotel is well kept and clean. Front office staff are knowledgeable, helpful and kind.

Room was good, staff was good parking lot was atrocious. I understand the melting snow becomes ice but the roof drains dropping direct on roadway at entrance to hotel making a skating rink for approx. 100 feet by 60 feet which is very treacherous to walk on as seniors

Everything was good, the front reception clerk Patricia was amazing!!! Just our bed was super uncomfortable, so unfortunately did not sleep well, was lucky if i got 3 hours total throughout the whole night

The environment is exceptionally appealing and inviting. It is well-suited for pets, and the space is maintained with a high standard of cleanliness and freshness.

There had been some rain early, lots of mud in the area. The staff was constantly cleaning and vacuuming the floors. Even the stairway was kept clean. The staff is always friendly and super helpful. We were late for breakfast a couple days, they were very accommodating.
