Lovely spacious bedroom. 5/5 for cleanliness. Friendly and helpful staff. Food was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel. Great location - 5 minutes walk into town.

Blood on carpet in a few places in the room and some other stains

Clean and welcoming. Polite and helpful staff. Breakfast was cold.

Arrived in room it was cold, called from desk they send they would see somone up, I replied no need would wear warmer clothes or extra blanket. Then it turned hot I asked again, but they would have to send someone up. Not being able to control the temperature in your room requires giving this a hotel an F rating for failure

Really efficient bar staff😃

The breakfast was so disappointing, not enough staff. No structure in getting people seated. No glasses or plates this morning for 30 mins. Long waiting to get order placed for breakfast. Didn't seem to replenish items for breakfast. The staff were helpful just overworked and couldn't cope with the number of people. We went early first morning and later today. Breakfast was better later. We have stayed numerous times in this hotel and never found it like this before. Breakfast let them down, people beside us had the same opinion.

I had mistakenly booked the wrong date and the reception staff were exceptional especially Rory who sorted everything out which was great as I was travelling to attend a funeral the next day!!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. I would gladly have given it 5 stars but due to an unclean restaurant floor and dated gym equipment, I gave 4 stars. Pool area etc was great. Rooms good. Breakfast was wonderful!

We had a lovely weekend at the hotel it was very central. Staff very helpful and friendly. Food excellent.

The temperature of the pool was too cold as was the sauna. There was no body wash in the showers which you would expect in a 4 star hotel. Also the showers were cold in the evening but they were hot in the morning. We didn't have a good breakfast experience either. We had to wait 15 minutes for a table as it was very busy. However all the fruit was gone.and the bread and fruit juice. When our breakfasts eventually arrived some items were missing. Disappoiywith this supposedly 4 star hotel.
