Room was nice. Clean and tidy and well equipped

Good location, nice park and beach very close. We enjoyed doing groceries and cooking as the room had everything needed to cook. Unfortunately there is almost no sound proofing so we didn’t sleep well the last 3 nights as the neighbour watched TV until late at night.

Willingness to assist and inform of resort amenities and local knowledge.

Very clean, really friendly staff and excellent service with good facilities for adults and children 2 minutes away from shops beaches and resturaunts

Our stay was a for a few days after a week somewhere else to be near the airport but still in a resort

No complaints at all. Amazing resort and staff.

Just one criticism. Our balcony wall was so high that we could not see the sea or pool when sitting on it. Other balconies were lower or the top part had a railing and you could see around that. We could have been sitting anywhere miles from the sea for all we could see. Otherwise, very good.

Loved the spacious apartment, nice and modern and good proximity to pool. Pity we had lots of cockroach visitors & would of liked fresh towels every other day.

The hotel was close to the beach and it also had a good pool and spa the nights where quiet and relaxing having a supermarket was also a good idea and the ping pong table was also fun for everybody. The staff and the reception where nice to and finally the help for the luggage was really useful

Long wait at the on site restaurant after ordering breakfast. And it really wasn't busy. Weird arrangement of going up one floor across and down one floor. Hard with luggage as one leg had no lift. The room had excellent AC but we didn't like to run it overnight. When my partner asked for an extra sheet or cover for the bed they said they had none. How strange. Telephone and one wall socket were both without power on arrival. After we reported it both were fixed. The kitchen in the apartment was excellent with fridge freezer micro and washing machine. One of the best. Apart from maybe the bright orange counters. Like an " easyJet" kitchen. ;-) Room was roomy. Huge queen size sofa bed although we didn't use it. Lots of evidence of being as "Eco" as possible. Items in the onsite gift shop were very cheap. A short walk from the beach. We paid wun seexty fyfe per night for two in early June. No breakfast. Seems a lot to me but it's probably about right. Would I go again. Maybe. But wanted to try the Benalmádena Beach hotel close by ( about £30 a night cheaper ) but it was full. I'll try other places before saying I'll come back.

Second time we have stayed and will definitely be back.
