Comfortable clean room and extremely convenient to the harbour if coming in by boat. The breakfast was incredible. Whilst the lower floors appear to be newly renovated the hallways and open areas on level 3 at least were very worn and old. The bathroom in the room only had a 3 in 1 body wash/ shampoo.

Staff in the breakfast room are not friendly at all. They dont greet you or offer to help. All they do is remind you 3 times the breakfast is almost over.

The only thing I didn't like was the parking garage. Difficult to get in and out of. Everything else was excellent.

Among all the hotels I stayed during this Norway trip, this hotel has the best breakfast. The view from the restaurant is also awesome. The staff are super helpful. I definitely will recommend this hotel to friends and family and will stay here again.

Nice staff, next to the water, breakfast buffet are the best with the exquisite design restaurant and lobby, able to use free coffee and tea machine either in lobby and restaurant all day and night, find it so convenient. We like the hotel.

Great place!

There are 2 Thon hotel in Svolvær. Thon Hotel Lofoten and Thon Hotel Svolvær.... We spent 3 nights in Thon Hotel Svolvær and 1 night in Thon Hotel Lofoten. All are very near to each other and very close to the Jetty. Clean. Breakfast almost the same every morning

We were given a room on the fourth floor. The window opened to a wall, like no window at all. These rooms should have been clearly specified when been booked.

hotel is right in the center of the town, nice view of the water and mountains. Excellent breakfast with variety of foods, you will find something you like. Next to the pier for easy boarding of the cruise ship.

really steps away from Hurtigruten cruise dock. Pick up point for my day trip. Breakfast is great. Felt safe and warm.

There is 2 different hotel branches, we stay at older ones at Lofoten, rooms were small but hotel has a great view, everything is good…

It was extremely noisy. The bar next to the hotel (in the same building) had VERY LOUD music EVERY NIGHT during our stay. I complained to the front desk staff and did not get any help. The music did not stop until after the mid night (2am to be exact). The shower are in the hotel room is practically unuseable, although we had a Business Class Room. Bad experiance!
