Great location, great staff and loved the roof top hot tubs

Friendly staff, clean room, and nice breakfast.

The room was very comfy. The hotel restaurant was delicious and the staff were very friendly. The only main complaint was the room was in dire need of wall socket replacements, and the vanity light was broken. As well, the shower was uncomfortable (one of the rain shower heads) and is more of a luxury thing rather than functional for actually cleaning. A bath or proper shower head wouldve been preferable

I stay here often when I'm in town on business.

I phoned to say I’d be arriving late. It was a very windy, snowy night and the only parking was far away from the door. I parked. Got to the front entrance and my one bag would stay fixed in the To I’d the other. The Velcro was cold and wet and not sticking. I was trying to open the entrance door and my bag would fall. The lady at the front desk just sat there. No hello or support at all. Then I was given a room on first floor. I was a little out of sorts but as a single woman I was scared to be on the floor, then I was also in the construction zone. They called Sunday morning to see if I wanted to change and I had to get going so I said it was ok. Then, Monday, I walked up to drilling and renovation noise. I’ve been to your hotel about 3 times and been very comfortable. This time, not happy with the customer service and care. It would have been nice for the lady to help but coming to get the door. I kept pushing it the wrong way and was very flustered and cold and winded out. Oh well.

Room was clean but the desk checked me into the wrong type of room wich was not what i reserved

This is one of the best hotels I've been to for the money. The property was very clean, the hot tub was nice and the free breakfast was very nice as well. I can't wait to stay again

The rooftop hot tub was amazing. Sat there with minus 3 outside but sunny. Had my hat on did not feel cold at all and actually was burnt. We also used the treadmill and weights in the gym . Very accommodating staff . Highly recommend this hotel

Always our number one choice. It is currently under renovation and look forward to seeing the upgraded section.

We had a very comfortable stay before our travel day from YYC. Check in and out was smooth. The beds were great, the room was very ckean and we had a delicious breakfast. I will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel for air travel layovers as they have very reasonable parking rates. Was a little disappointed that the hot tub was not hot.

Everything was good except in the past we have alway got a coupon for complimentary breakfast or drink at their restaurant. This time the front desk would not give us a coupon??? When I asked why she said it was how I booked the room? I’ve always booked thro this app???

Highly recommend

This hotel is under renovations that we were unaware of. Lots of noise and construction. One operating elevator only that had us questioning its functioning we took stairs for every other trip despite being on the 4th floor. .

Property is well kept up and clean even though they are in the midst of a renovation. Eliptical machine is broken in the gym though
