Nice property, well maintained. Only stayed 1 night, didn’t love Merida

A unique boutique hotel in Merida, 10 min walk from the main square. The room was clean and the property was generally well-maintained, however, we did not use the pool as it consistently had foliage in it. The hotel offered massages, facials, and pedicures, which was a pleasant surprise! Overall, our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.

This hotel is a gem!! From the exterior it looks like a basic hotel, but once you enter…it’s an oasis behind those lovely orange walls. Our suite overlooked the pool and it was mesmerizing to wake up every day and open the drapes to see the property/pool. Arnondo and the entire staff exceeded our expectations. Don’t leave without getting a couples massage…you’ll be very pleased you did. 🌟🌟⭐️🌟🌟

This hotel is in an ideal location, walking distance to everything in Merida. The staff are very helpful with restaurant suggestions and places to visit. The common areas are lovely, and how you would imagine an hacienda 100 years ago. Our room was very basic - wifi was slow and the phone would not fully charge overnight (with a message of slow charging.)

The property is beautiful. Great location. It was very walkable. There was no communication from the staff in regards to the electricity going off at night for a few hours and no hot water at night. There were no phones in the rooms or refrigerator.

Great location and a nice enough hotel. It's clean and the staff are helpful. Water is only warm at times not hot and the bed is very hard. It's located nest to a hostel that can be quite loud until 2300. The breakfast is pretty good and the grounds are nice. Adding double glazing for noise, fixing the hot water and upgrading the bed would make this place a gem.

Was a pleasant stay

No fridge, and the breakfast is not included. AC unit need to be upgraded, they do work. Facility its nice and within a walking distance to the main plaza.

Checkin process was simple and easy. The whole staff was super friendly. Loved that TV had Netflix on it. The room was clean and spacious. The middle pool was my favorite. There was no one around in the pools so I had it all to myself. They have a little bar area where I was able to get drinks to take to the pool or even enjoy it at the bar. Lots of good places to eat within walking distance. Staff were all very helpful. Highly recommend.

Property was nice. People were very friendly and helpful. AC took a while to cool down but WOW was it hot in Merida.
