This is a Lovely Hotel with a great staff and good parking and a nice location that's walkable to the old town as well as the coast. It's totally modern and the beds are great! It has a lovely series of common rooms with couches and tables in the lobby as well. I wish the workout room had been open later it closed at 9:00 and didn't seem to be open often

Fantastic hotel very comfortable great location all in all a perfect weekend

We had a really positive stay at Hotel Zenema 7 in San Sebastián. The room was very comfortable and nicely designed, and the overall decor of the hotel is unique and full of character. The location is also very convenient. It’s a pleasant walk to the Old Town, and there’s easy access to buses if you prefer not to walk. It’s also close to both the train and bus stations, which made getting around very easy. Overall, a great experience—we would definitely recommend it.

Very nice place and great location

Perfect location especially when driving. Parking garage is well lit and safe. Close to shopping restaurant and old town. Do visit the Balenciaga Museum in Getaria.

Nice hotel and good value for the accommodation. Honestly no need to be in old town or directly adjacent to old town. San Sebastián is small and it’s within a quick and enjoyable 10-15 minute walk to all the things you wanna see and eat. Don’t over pay for the fancy hotels by the water as it’s not worth it. Stay here instead!

We booked a family room for 3 nights, which actually was like 2 separate rooms with individual bathroom. The hotel has a nice boutique vibe. Checking and checkout were quick. The rooms were very clean, with nice beds and sheets. Other reviews mentioned that conditioner and lotion were not offered. Hopefully that would be address in the future, it’s a little detail that makes a big difference for women. The hotel offers parking for a fee of 25 euros which was great; parking around the hotel is challenging. The breakfast was great, lots of options. Also, if you don’t mind to walk a little , there are plenty of options to eat in the area. Overall we enjoyed our stay! One little mishap was that our reservation had a Free bottle of wine included which we’ve never received during our stay.

Good location, clean room

This first class hotel was in a great location. It had friendly staff and excellent safe care parking. The breakfast were great as well.

The room, though on the small side, was themed and really nice. Clean, noise-less, are good points. Reception staff very helpful. I assumed I'd get body lotion as in all *4 but not in this one. We did not try the breakfast as we had committments with other people but overall the stay was +*4. Not excellent as body lotion is a given in a 4 starts.....soryy, that needs improving.

Everything was perfect, clean room and excellent facilities

Lovely comfortable and clean room. Excellent breakfast and courteous staff. Adjoining bar did great food and wine. 15 min walk or short bus ride to the centre of San Sebastián. Will stay here again when we re-visit.

Good location. 20 min walk to just about everything. 10 min walk to train. Helpful staff, very clean, quiet and comfortable

Lovely hotel just a short bus ride away from the town. We had a small balcony which caught the afternoon sun - and a free bottle of wine. Fantastic

Awful Hotel, terrible staff and management without care or consideration for customers, wrongly booked dates and tried within 2 mins to change date but hotel refused and charged me the full amount and i lost my booking, a money desperate hotel with terrible customer service AVOID booking this Hotel
