I’ve been here several times , comfy beds, really nice restrooms, staff is very polite and helpful, and prices online are the best, always recommended this place to family and friends…..

Clean room

Missing TV Power cable. Very Slow internet to watch TV. Too much noise on the aisles.

First of all the room wasn’t cleaned properly the beds were all messed up and I request a double queen bed room and the beds were too little they were full size beds and the front staff are not friendly at all

I enjoyed the pool, the room service, the air conditioning that pushed out cold air very quickly & the helpful staff. If I am ever in Nuevo Laredo again, I will make sure to book there again.

I had a good stay. The hotel was clean, smelled great, and the property overall was well kept. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The main area for improvement would be the gym, as it had very limited equipment and the treadmills were not working. Also, the pool area has a lot of potential, but the chairs, tables, and lounge chairs need maintenance, as some were in poor condition. It’s a beautiful space, but it feels a bit neglected compared to the rest of the property. With some attention to those areas, the overall experience would be even better.
