The parking was easy. Check-in was quick and simple. The building felt safe since the front door is locked after hours and you have to be buzzed in to enter if you don’t have your key yet.

One of the staff, she was extremely rude and unprofessional, and she got involved in my personal life. She had no right to, and I would not recommend this stuff or this place at all through your Web or any other Web that they’re on this place does not deserve five star for everything they just don’t none of them do the clean rooms the stuff the rooms are not clean the stuff they don’t even change the sheets so just come and just make it and sometimes they fall just the towels that are there and some of them are new. There’s a lot more to say I’m just not gonna waste my time, but I love for Expedia or the owner of comfort to contact me.

Second year in a row same hotel. Was satisfied again. Great place well located.

Motel is in a run down part of town. Bed was comfortable. The motel is pretty well worn. It was cheapest place around half way near Toronto.

Staff were excellent, I left my tablet in the room and I got a call right away about it. We were later checking in and the lady was extremely pleasant and friendly.

I booked the place after that it has EV charger on spot but the charger was out of serviec. With almost 0% battery in my rental car, I end up towing the car without any assistance from the Expedia and the management.

The staff were awesome. Check in and out were easy and efficient. The problems were with the upkeep of the motel. Everything was old, outdated and really used. The bed was uncomfortable and squeeked so loudly. The decor and ac/heating units were ancient. Very little noise buffers, we could hear every sneeze, cough etc...from the neighbours. Honestly the staff were the highlight. Friendly and so helpful.

I found a used nasal strip in my bed- ew! Room smelled musty

One of the worst hotel I've stayed in all of my travels. The staff were rude, hotel was dirty, and breakfast was minimal. On the day of of my checkout, I was supposed to checkout at 11 am, one of the staffs knock on my door at 11:05 asking me to vacate the room. I asked if I can stay until 11:30 am and was refused. I was waiting for my friend to come pick me up.

I liked that i could access my car directly from the room. Bathroom was clean and staff was friendly. The queen sized beds looked smaller than a queen and they were squeaky. The eggs at breakfast are cooked in a bag and aren't good.
