The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and shopping areas, making it easy to find food with many restaurants to choose from in the vicinity. Although it's an older hotel, it's well-maintained. The rooms are typical Japanese hotel sizes – not too large, but not too small either. There are vending machines on every floor offering hot and cold water and drinks. I was impressed by the luggage storage service and the 24-hour staff. The food is mostly Japanese, but they also have some European options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you can find it at a discounted price or during a promotion, when you're staying in Osaka.

Great hotel, near Osaka Station.

Room size acceptable for 3 sharing, and the hotel provided 3 mini queen beds in the room, resulting in no room to move around. Very clean and comfortable bed!

The hotel is next to JR Osaka station, which is really convenient for us. It is easy to travel to anywhere but doesn't feel too noisy. Umeda has developed a lot since my last visit 15 years ago. There is a water dispenser and a vending machine on each floor. There are free makeup cleanser, facial cleanser, lotion, and tea bags available for your own picks at the lobby area. The TV has only local channels. The walls seem thin, or maybe the guests next door were being too loud. You can ask the lobby to bring new towels during your stay, but it is not mandatory provided.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, with everything you’d need for a short stay. Staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. If you’re looking for a practical, well-located, and reliable place to stay in Osaka, this hotel is a great choice. Would happily stay again on my next trip!

Location is great, can't complain much because the price is cheap. Some front desk are not up to standard. They say they can't ship my luggage with yamato! Due to snow. Its just not a good excuse. There aren't any snow in osaka when I stay for 6 days. I tried to ask to another staff the next day they also say they can't send. The problem is, its like they answer like they don't care and lack hospitality.

The property allowed my husband to check in first when I couldn't get there on time. The location is super strategic for access to the Umeda area in Osaka and access to the JR line at Osaka station. There are several laundromats so there is no queue to use them. Free drinking water and soft drink vending machines are available near the elevator.

Very helpful. Yesterday I was late checking in because I missed the train, but they allowed me to shower and pack up my things. Very recommended hotel ☺.

The location is close to the JR station, if you take the bus to or from the airport it is very easy.

The hotel is about 5 minutes from osaka station. If you want to stay in quiet place, the hotel is not an option. Since you can hear the train and a bit noisy. The room is a bit small but clean and tidy. Front office staff is also helpfull and friendly.

The location is awesome. Only walking distance to Osaka station and near shopping malls. Umeda Sky Building is 10-15 minutes walk. The room is fine as the space of hotels in Japan is not big but as long as we could put and open our luggage in the room it is okay. Love the view from our room, the railways with busy trains from 13th floor and also the Umeda Sky Building. The hotel also provides luggage stories when we haven't able to check in.

the hotel best interest is its position..located just a blink away from the osaka station - the sakurabashi exit..no need to worried if book w/out breakfast the whole alley for a good taste and affordable price is the passage you will hv it through after exiting the sakurabashi. the hotel is clean..but a bit old on its furniture. one other plus for these hotel is the staff who is very nice and giving their best service, they will go to your room and lend you the connector for mobile charging w/out any deposit, a very different way with the other japan chain hotel A*a where they will charges and ask you to go to reception to have the connector.

Location is great very near osaka station that have mall, restaurant, cafe, transportation, everything. The room is clean, I stayed outside all day so the room just perfect for me just for resting after long walk. Recommended hotel.
