Excellent property with spotless clean room and surroundings. Travelling between reception and room may be an issue for people with problems walking a longish distance. Indoor pool needs to have a complementary telephone connection rather than a paid one for talking to the rooms, just a suggestion

The hotel is ok, the staff is very young, we found a lot of intern in the reception. The breakfast is a nightmare. Too many people, too many kids and the food is not fresh

The hotel was lovely, location is convenient to get to the town centre, with a shuttle service from the hotel to the town available throughout the day. We went during off season so a lot of the on-site dining options weren’t available but they did still have one restaurant open. The spa facilities were great, very reasonably priced and the free parking was greatly appreciated as we did hire a car. Only criticism would be that the rooms are very modern but the bathrooms are not, with no ventilation fans or windows in the bathroom.

A good hotel with spacious rooms but the actual condition of the hotel is below what is shown in the photo. Not good value for money. The car park is big with space for many cars. However, the hotel should invest in ev charging points as many people now drive EV. I had to drive 5 miles to get my car charged.

Maintenance being carried out so tired parts few and far between the only issue was that no distinction was made for rooms that didn’t accommodate pets which wasn’t as much of an issue as it could have been because it was kept very clean

Beautiful place , we had an amazing place very comfortable and very clean entertainment for kids and clubs very great kids had Wonderful time swimming pool and safety was great , easy access to many other places around , definitely will recommend to friends and family, will come back again

Pros: Nice surrounding area, big above and underground parking, good breakfast and plenty to choose from, very kind staff at reception, funny concierge robot, big room and bathroom, cleanliness, balcony, vinery and golf area Cons: Heating works for couple of minutes and after that it shuts down automatically

Middle of nowhere! No buses to the local town, only taxies, which cost fortune!!! Room was nice and breakfast average, nothing special.

Rooms had been updated, it is located next to a golf course and has three swimming pools.

Very good resort hotel close to Garda lake, the meal are diverse, generous and tasty, a lot of great pools, planty of things to do.
