If you are looking for the perfect spot in Nice, look no further. I’ve been recommending this hotel to friends and family all week after my visit; it truly is a gem. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, but I have to give a special shout-out to Aziz. He was nothing short of exceptional. His knowledge of the city and his tailored recommendations were extraordinary, and he genuinely looked out for my friend and me during our entire stay. He really couldn't do enough for us. One moment that stands out: my friend forgot his phone cable and I’d forgotten my plug socket adaptor. A quick trip down to reception resulted in Aziz producing a pouch full of electronics—he basically had everything we needed! It’s those small, thoughtful touches that make a stay memorable. Why I'd go back: The Perks: I loved the unlimited free water and coffees available throughout our stay. It made such a difference. The Food: The morning breakfast was decent with a good selection to fuel a day of exploring. The Service: Exceptional hospitality, especially from Aziz. This was a fantastic experience. If you’re heading to Nice, stay here!

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and were highly impressed by both the quality of the facilities and the professionalism of the staff. The location is excellent, offering convenient access while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. The room was notably spacious for Nice, beautifully presented, and maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness. While storage space was somewhat limited, the overall comfort more than compensated, particularly the exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. We also appreciated the quiet environment, which ensured a restful night’s sleep, as well as the lovely view from the room. Breakfast was outstanding, offering a generous and varied selection of both hot and cold options. The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. We would gladly return in the future and would confidently recommend this hotel to others.

This is truly a gem of a hotel, the location is perfect, it is within walking distance of the station, tram stop, supermarkets & restaurants right in the heart of the city centre. My partner and I requested for a balcony room before our holiday and got a rapid response to confirm it was arranged. The room we got was fairly spacious, very clean, comfortable, it had great lighting and a beautiful view from the balcony. The walls in the room are quite thick so you couldn’t hear much noise which was great. Absolutely loved the shower and they added bathrobes, along with plenty of clean towels which was a wonderful touch. The dining area downstairs was fairly large and we could help ourselves to cutlery and have complimentary teas and coffees & warm food in the microwave. In the mornings there is a great breakfast buffet at an additional cost where they serve a wide range of fresh croissants, toast, fruits, hot food, cheese and freshly squeezed orange juice. A big thank you to the wonderful & very hardworking staff Maurice, Julia, Mohammed , Kevin and the cleaning teams who made our stay extra special and we would definitely love to stay here again, when we are next in Nice.

We had a really pleasant 4 night stay here. Pros - excellent location, walking distance to food, shopping, and transport options (train and tram) - staff were super friendly and jovial, and diverse too - bottled water provided - just help yourself - bedroom slippers provided (having arrived from Netherlands, this is a luxury) Cons - toilet was spacious but the room itself was a little tight - no table - the floor beneath our feet also felt a bit uneven, not sure if it's due to the structure of the building - tiny old-school lift that fits maximum 2 pax with 2 big luggage (3 pax without); expect longer waiting time during peak hours

Fantastic hotel in the city center, with extremely polite and friendly staff. The room was very clean, beautiful, and comfortable. I highly recommend it!
