A very clean city centre hotel. a short walk from the main square in Mons for food and entertainment. The room was very clean and so was the bathroom. Buffet breakfast was very good

This hotel was everything we needed it to be on our way to our holiday destination. The family apartment was clean, modern, comfortable and air conditioned! For those of you driving, the only thing I would say is to check with the hotel prior to your arrival if your car is small enough to be parked in the hotels underground car park. We drive a small/medium size vehicle but found out on arrival to the hotel that our car was too large for the hotel's car park. Eventually it didn't matter too much as we were lucky enough to find a free space on the adjacent road Overall, we had a very good experience and enjoyed our stay

Especially ladies in reception are very kind and helpful. Rooms are as good as their price. Not luxury, but everything you need for short stay

Nice hotel, clean rooms, great breakfast and 10min walk to central square with restaurants and bars, under ground secure parking…

No air conditioning in the room, lack of plug sockets next to the beds to charge phones, no wake up service, no fridge in the room for cold drinks. I will not be booking this hotel again.

We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel location was fine, an easy walk to the grand place. Reception staff were friendly. We had a suite with an extra bed for our teenager, which was also nice. The housekeeping was lacking: they only made up the beds and didn't remove dirty cups and glasses, or provide new coffee pods. Breakfast was also disappointing. Both days we came downstairs within the advertised time to find hardly anything left. One day we even had to ask for bread. No pastries left, and no warm food.

The B&B Mons Centre is an ideal spot to stay when visiting Mons. It is located close to shopping and restaurants. The staff are very pleasant and helpful.

I had an amazing extended stay at B&B Mons Centre. The management, led by Manuela, and her staff were outstanding. From the smooth check-in to the immaculate room, everything was perfect. The hotel staff were always available, addressing any needs with professionalism and a personal touch. Their exceptional service made me feel right at home. The fitness center was functional, and the hotel's location was great, with easy access to local attractions and business centers. I highly recommend B&B Mons Centre and will definitely return on my next visit.

The desk staff were extremely helpful. However, the wifi could be improved as it was extremely slow. Looking forward to air conditioning in the rooms.
