Was not notified about the renovation No elevator. Noise and no proper entrance

Hotel is very nice but renovation is undergoing in the Hotel. My room was very beautiful newly renovated. Their breakfast is really good. Staff are ok and polite.

Stay here…you won’t want to go home.

Lovely hotel well placed on the beach. Very professional staff. The room was nicely appointed, however the bed was uncomfortable. We were there in off season so not all of the stores or restaurants were open

The hotel was wonderful. The only thing I didn't like was the parking. You have to find your own parking in the streets around the hotel. The hotel itself has a handful of parking spots. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The view from our room was spectacular. The staff was super friendly. One note, the hotel's beach is not directly in front of the hotel but about 100 meters down the beach.

Wss a terrific stay with great staff, nice seafood restaurant and my room was perfect with a view of the sea.

The location is amazing! Probably the best spot you could imagine, across the street from the beach where all the action is. The staff go above and beyond and can communicate in all languages it seems. The food is incredible and the staff treat you like royalty. Buffet breakfast was great and the coffee bar too. Get a room with a balcony to enjoy the view and to get some fresh air. The only thing I wish was a little better was the air conditioning. It was a little warm in the rooms at night, but everyone seems to be used to it.

Staff were very professional

Desk clerk did not know what CDC vaccination card was and we had to explain. Otherwise hotel was a great value for the money.

Fab upgrades done to the hotel....everything looks clean, new and very sharp!

Ok, I don’t tend to be this person, but the breakfast was Amazing!!! The room was fantastic, clean, well sized and comfortable; but the breakfast...WOW. Across from a gorgeous beach, nice without being pretentious and a super yummy breakfast- stay here.

Amazing view

We were very happy with our stay at Hotel Cristallo. The property is immaculate, customer service was great and the restaurant served great food and they treated you on a personal level every time you dined. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent highly recommended

I was there with my wife. We loved the place in all aspects except I can't say much about the beach because we didn't use the facility (because we can't be in the sun) but it appeared to be nice and clean. We noticed people from a different country and according to their staff they're expecting a lot of people in the coming months.
