Clean and convenient

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Upon arrival, I expected the usual greetings and a bit of small talk to make me feel comfortable, but instead, Theodore's, idea of small talk was to make me feel like a criminal, " we've had people with your name try to scam us" and wanting to take a photo of the credit card I used to book the room, on his grotty personal phone. His wife or sister appeared and was equally rude. Zero warmth or hospitality and an underlying feeling of hostility. Think I'm exaggerating, go there and ask for Theodore! Room sucked and like other people have commented, bugs. Will speak to Hotels.com to see if they can remove this hotel from their listing until Theodore undergoes training in the following areas: communication customer service small talk

Rooms were comfortable. All staff were friendly, welcoming and approachable.

Staff at reception friendly and helpful. Hotel over two buildings. Stayed in 2nd building on top floor. Warm and comfortable. Room very clean. Comfortable bed. Hot shower. Very convenient location 5min walk from tube & Hammersmith Broadway, Approximately 10min to Hammersmith Apollo. Excellent value for money.

I was made to feel very welcomed! My suitcase was carried down the stairs for me! Very comfortable room.

Okay apart from terrible smell like cat pee in the bathroom. Someone was smoking in another room and smell drifted into my room .

Great room for a reasonable price. Checkin and out was really easy and the gentleman at the desk who got us sorted was very helpful with tips for the local area and the best way to get to the concert we were down in London for. Would definitely stay here again if I'm visiting the Eventim Apollo.

Really comfortable I really liked the room I was given it had everything I needed!

Clean room. Top floor room meant 10 mins before hot water arrived for a shower. Also toilet/shower room had a sensor switching the light and extractor on at all times. Disturbing for anyone sharing the room during the night.

Room clean and tidy. Comfy bed. No food or snacks of any sort. But the main issue was that it was booked to be paid on arrival, but the money was taken 2 DAYS BEFORE.

Me and my husband had a two night stay in this hotel for a wedding party. A perfect hotel if you want a quiet nights sleep as its just out of the city noise, but within easy reach of everything with two tubes a few minutes away. Great area with places to eat and pubs. The owner was extremely helpful with everything needed. The room was clean and just the right size. The room had everything you could need. An iron/ironing board, tea/coffee making, hairdryer, fridge, safe. Very comfy bed and tv with netflix etc. Although no breakfast is served, you can get a bite to eat around the area. I will definitely consider stopping here again next time i visit london.

I am dealing with a temporary injury limiting mobility. ( I am not accustomed to needing to verify disability access and amenities at hotels .) This hotel is challenging from that perspective with no lift , and multiple rather narrow stairs to access guest rooms Otherwise clean, helpful staff and great neighborhood

Friendly reception, I got a free upgrade on my room. Bed is pretty comfy. For its price and availability I think it is a nice place, if your expectations are not luxury hotel. This place is more like a house type hotel.

The hotel was nice. It work for our stay in London. Close to Hammersmith Tube Station with easy access into the city center. There was a slight odor in the room when we arrived, like wet but after we aired the room out the first day it was not noticeable. The staff was very helpful and the beds were comfortable.
