Was perfect for our ball tournament

Well the kitchen was clean. But I didn't know is that it lacked all the essentials to use the kitchen. It needed a kettle perhaps a toaster cutlery plates and bowls cups and glasses for some a coffee maker. These are just things that I noticed that at other rentals they were available. As long as people know that these are things that they should bring I think it would be fine but without knowing this it might be shocking otherwise it was fine

We checked in quite late so we didn't get a chance to really look around much but we did enjoy our stay and would stay again if we were in the area. It is a dormer type accommodation, so don't expect fluffy towels, 6 pillows per bed, etc but everything worked well and the room was very quiet and the area was quite safe. The fridge and microwave were clean and functioning although we did not take advantage of them. There were no cooking utensils, hair dryer etc but we assumed that before registering. A coffee maker would have been nice but there is a McDonalds and Timmy's within a 5 minute brisk walk. The beds were only twins but there were 2 bedrooms if a twin was too small for 2. All things considered we had a nice safe clean stay and were back on the highway easily and promptly.

It had turned cold overnight and even with the A/C turned off it was freezing and I slept with two shirts, a fleece and 2 pairs of socks. There was no extra blanket in the room. The tv 's audio did not work properly and faded in and out. Shower curtain needs to be replaced. Comfort of bed and pillows was fine.

Loved the place . Very clean , friendly staff, I liked because it has a fridge and a microwave. I just wished it had an electric kettle to boil water Most of us love to have a coffee or a nice hot tea. The microwave doesnt heat the water the same

Our room was clean. Front desk staff was excellent. We had a full tub and the shower curtain was too long making showering for my adult sons frustrating. The kitchen was nice to have. The tv was angled slightly up which was strange. Bath towels are small. Maintenance walked into our room without knocking around 8:30 a.m. while we were packing up. Overall, it was a nice place for the price but definitely had a few hiccups. We would stay here again and recommend to others.

All good but it was really humid in the room even I have the AC on.....

Overall was a great experience. Beds were better then expected(to be honest), check in employee was super nice and enjoyable to check in with-wasn't cranky. Only thing was the room was freezing when we walked in-but also temp had dropped outside so that could contribute but there was a strong smell that was not enjoyable.. had to spray room spray a few times and run the fans. But other then that, was a good experience-also cleaner then I expected for a college setting.

Need to change the showerhead for more water pressure.

Great stuff, clean and quiet

We stay in residences regularly. Some are better than others. Very much appreciate ice machines. Easy check in. Door keys stopped working at one point as well as others in our party had the same issue. My parents were supposed to stay as well but my mom accidentally booked the wrong weekend. She called immediately after booking to switch to correct weekend and she was told absolutely not. That incident was extremely greedy and ridiculous. The rooms never seem overly clean most likely partly because of the disrepair. However because of the amount of nights we have to book we take the price over luxury.

Great place to stay including a kitchenette. Comfortable beds. The bathroom door unfortunately looked like it had kick marks all over it. If they can paint it up, the place would improve. Thanks

Highly recommend a stay at this location. Staff was wonderful especially Olivia. We had a large, clean suite with two bedrooms, each with their own TV. The kitchenette with full size fridge, microwave, dining table and chairs meant we could comfortably eat there. Close to amenities and the 401 lowing easy access.

Property was clean and staff were friendly and professional.

We were surprised to learn we'd be staying in what amounts to a college dorm. But it was a pleasant surprise. The room was large with two double beds, divided by a half wall. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Room had a full size fridge and microwave. Only thing we didn't find in the room was a hair dryer. We arrived very late, after midnight. The gentleman working the check in desk was very polite and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we pass back through.

From the website I visited which was not the hotels website... Hotels.com it did not state that it was a college residence... So shocked when I got there. Terrible deception!
