The day I went, there were tons of tour groups, so there weren't enough staff. I had to carry my own luggage down and push it to my room. The elevator was impossible to use because it was full of tour groups, and even when staff asked them to move, they wouldn't budge 😂. Overall, the room was clean and the location was good. Personally, I prefer the Chic building more.

Staff are very friendly and nice. Breakfast is delicious and has a lot of varieties.

The hotel is very close to Beach Road, so it's just a short walk to the beach. The location is excellent; I love hotels that are directly on the beach. It's also great for those who like to go out at night. If you want a quiet night's sleep, you might want to request a quieter room, as there's one section of the hotel that's very close to the nightclub. The receptionist was less than friendly.

Perhaps because it's so close to the beach, the surrounding activity didn't subside until 2 a.m. until the sounds subsided. I couldn't sleep all night because of the noise. The music was so loud that it continued until midnight. I had to wait until 3 p.m. to check in, even though the check-in card said 2 a.m.

The accommodation was good value for money. The staff were very helpful. The location was very convenient; it was easy to walk to the beach and the night market. The room had a beautiful view of the sea and the Ferris wheel. The breakfast was excellent, delicious, high-quality, and varied.

Here we go, 1 star. Last night, we booked a room through Travel and selected a single bed. We intended to book here because there was a single bed room (came with my boyfriend and other accommodations only had double beds). We checked in around 18.00, and the staff said to us, oh, the single bed was full. We were like, "Oh, didn't you read the notes or what the customer booked?" Even if you upgraded the room for us, we still didn't want it. We booked here because we could book a bed! The price was 2,900. We booked somewhere else for a double bed for 1,600. Isn't that better? It's the worst. Plus, they looked sour, unfriendly, and didn't care about the customers. We suggested that the hotel didn't make the booking for a single and double bed separate, but the staff didn't care. This was the first and last time we'd stayed here. If anyone reads this, please consider carefully.

Everything was excellent: accommodation, service, location, close to the beach, good price.

The room was very clean and beautiful. It was worth more than the price. The staff provided excellent service and were always smiling. The pandan leaf juice was delicious and refreshing.

Recommendation for this hotel, the receptionist and other employees are quite friendly and helpful.

Stay at Dee tower, new hotel, clean and cozy ambience, have balcony to see beach and sunset. Walking Distance to runaway food market and Pattaya beach. Superb!

The air conditioner is not cold, change the room. The wifi signal is very bad. Breakfast is not suitable for a 4-star hotel. All lovely staff are very caring.
