great location, 5 minutes away from train station, 7 minutes from Aeon shopping town, also a nice Chinese restaurant right next to it. the room is standard but really clean. free breakfast is surprisingly good 😊.

Nice room and its spacious, has double bed and toilet is kept clean eventhough its old. Bring your own amenities, didn’t see any in the lobby aside from razor, comb and night wear. Or I didn’t know where it was? 😅 blower is Salonia, I really liked it. receptionists are friendly. Very accessible from Hikone sta. East exit. Store your luggage in a locker, very helpful.

Best budget hotel chain in Japan. Staff are wonderful, breakfast is better than the usual buffets offered with interesting options and fruit smoothies. Free bycicle rental allowing you explore the sites of Hikone with ease. The room was small, but with a proper double bed it felt above average to us. Clean as always and with a nice view of the train station and castle beyond. Fantastic value!

I stayed here in September 2025 while doing Biwaichi around Lake Biwa. This is a great place to stay. The hotel is modern, and the rooms are clean. Breakfast was included, and it was a substantial breakfast buffet with a large variety of foods. Bicycle parking is in the lobby! The Inn is across the street from the train station, and in the downtown area of Hikone. Highly recommended!

Excellent service from all the staff. Very spacious and clean rooms. As well. There is a lovely buffet style breakfast included in your price. Unfortunately this hotel is not bicycle friendly, no accommodations are made for bikes. You must break them down and bag them.
