Walking distance to the beach front and town centre. Quality service, very clean and tidy place, nice english breakfast, peaceful and quiet stay for a very reasonable price. Parking is taken care of by Pat as well. 10/10

We stayed for 3 days (7/02-9/02) my first holiday and everything was perfect for us. Breakfast was delicious, 2 cats are beautiful and friendly didnt bother us at all. Also pet friendly so can bring your dogs. Bed was really comfortable and room was clean. Plenty of storage and an extra bed. Had coffee in the room with kettle. Beach and arcades are minutes away and everywhere is close proximity. Will definitely be coming again thankyou again for our stay.

Hosts were friendly. Clean well-presented rooms so nice first impressions. Very soft mattress for me on our bed but slept well. Good ensuite with shower. Parking permit is included in the price so you are able to find a suitable spot, which can be difficult. Breakfast: no issues happy all round - came out quick tasted good.

A gem of a B&B within striking distance of the sea and town centre. Pat and Vincent were excellent hosts. The room was cosy with everything we needed. Breakfast was top notch and we only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended.
