Clean rooms, great living space with balcony. Kitchen amenities were great

Everything was good, except the divan to sleep. It was very uncomfortable for my kids.

This was a decent room for a great price. It had everything you needed for your trip including a well equipped kitchen. I did encounter some issues with the coffee machine and had to call twice, but staff was quick to resolve it. The included breakfast left much to be desired but got the job done. Had a great view and access to a porch. The room itself seemed to have some interesting patches in different places that I’d recommend be thoughtfully covered up with art. The staff was kind and helpful.

The stay was good; the room was very clean, but the breakfast could have had better options.

Room was very clean but was not refreshed on the second day even though we had the sign out on the door. Our overall experience was good. Staff was always with a smile, polite and helpful. The kitchen facility made it nice for us to make our meals and snacks. Good overall experience

Really enjoyed the stay here. Staff was great. Room was nice and clean. Nothing fancy but very welcoming. Like the fact there is a small kitchen with pretty much anything you need. Not to much of a walk to pretty much anything you need. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve stayed at the hotel while visiting my daughter. It’s a great place.

Excellent location downtown Montreal with convenient underground parking connected by an elevator to the main floor. This came super handy in bad weather over New Year’s Eve! The rooms are very well equipped with a full kitchen, coffee, pot, kettle, refrigerator, dishes, and utensils and everything else you need. Our bed was very comfortable. Breakfast downstairs completely satisfactory; there is also a gym and laundry, which we didn’t use. The only negative was the heat in the room. There was no way to turn it down as the thermostat was disabled. We are on the top floor and the heat was so bad that we had to keep our windows or balcony door open nonstop to air out the room even though it was frigid outside. Besides being uncomfortable, it seemed like a huge waste of energy. We also tried to check out the pool, but the amount of chlorine used made it impossible to even sit there.

Was nicely surprised by the room. It was apartment with living room, dining area, kitchen. In walking distance to center of Montréal

Staff was amazing, room was great and spacious. Great value. Only knock would be breakfast. Don't expect much. Other than that the experience was perfect

I love how comfortable this hotel is. Having a full kitchen just makes it easier to store things in the fridge or feed my dog.
